    This was amazing! Wish you can make a step by step tutorial on this lofi sound! Really different from the mainstream lofi house tracks (Subjoi's Love Shy might be a similar vibe to this).

      @Waxadisc  4 роки тому +1

      hey thanks dude. Yes I hear elements of that Subjoi track in this style. I have basically just made a soulful vibe and given it the lofi makeover. I may do a few more like this thanks

    The bass on your track is pumping but I'm finding a lot of newer lofi the bass is almost gone from the production not sure if this is a recent trend...

    • @Waxadisc
      @Waxadisc  4 роки тому +1

      Yes I guess that is the way at present for some lofi stuff. However this tutorial is more focused on the funkier side which for me has to have chunky bass :) I guess its a personal pref really, I have stated that there really are no rules with lofi production as long as it has a few fundamental techniques in the drums. The rest can be whatever you feel is right . Dont let the current style sway you into thinking thats what you have to do, Just be you :)

      youre welcome, thanks , its called Cajual Records, it had a variety of stuff, but alot of it was raw produced stuff which was what I would say falls into the lofi house bracket but back in the mid 90s, here is a track from sneak that is more disco but I like the rawness of
