Thank you for demonstrating making your nails with teabag., I have been using teabags for years for fixing a broken now,, you just learned something new,,
Wow! Thanks so much for demonstrating this fantastic technique! I never would have thought that tea bags could be used as nail extensions!!! I'm going to do this, this week! Bless 🙏 you for this video! P.S. I just subbed to your channel 🙂.
I imagine nail guides would be very helpful! Now a days when I activate I use the butt end of an eyeshadow brush to give it a natural nail curve while it hardens so a nail guide should do the same! Let me know!
What a great technique ! My nails have been flattening out for years now. I can't use pre-shapped glue on nails they pull my nails up and off of the where my nails are. It's very painful my finger tips swell and throb with pain 😬 Lee Nails used to have a nail product that was a powder and you built up the nail 💅 like the shape of your own nail. This looks much more easy Do you feel it pulling up your nails at all ? I hope you get the time to tell me what they feel like. And I've never heard of a glass nail file interesting. Thank You 🙋♀️
I don't know as that's something I haven't tried. I do know that the clear dip powder I used is finely milled acrylic which is made to react with certain liquids I am not sure If baking soda would react the same.
They last quite a while! I had them on for a week and took them off to change my Mani! I was able to take them off all in one piece and save the nail art!
Sorry was busy with daycare kiddos, BUT I would do the tip right onto the nail, then clear dip base and clear dip powder. Do 2 dips then activate to harden the tip. ☺️
The point is to fix a broken nail instead of having to cut them all down and start over if you want all your nails to be evenly long. That’s the point.

diynailsbywood I’ll let you know 😁
Beautiful!
Thank you! ☺️❤️
Is there a substitute for the acrylic powder you used?
I've heard of people using cornstarch or baby powder.
builder gel!
Nice gonna finish off my nails tonight ☺️
Have you used top coat or base coat? please reply 🙏
Have you used super glue to help adhere? I'm trying to repair an acrylic nail that broke, not sure my dip gel is adhering to it. Will see.
Can they go in water for long
I use them just as I would regular tips ☺️ I haven't swam with them but washing, showering, etc and they held up just fine
thanks
Update: Just went camping and swimming and had these tea bag tips on a couple nails, nails held up perfectly fine! ☺️

nope!
Can i use baking soda?
I don't know as that's something I haven't tried. I do know that the clear dip powder I used is finely milled acrylic which is made to react with certain liquids I am not sure If baking soda would react the same.
It is strong
How long do they last that long ?
They last quite a while! I had them on for a week and took them off to change my Mani! I was able to take them off all in one piece and save the nail art!
It is strong?
Extremely strong! ♥️
The nails is waterproff?
Yes once they're activated the dip is hardened and fine in water. After the whole process it is fine as well
Thank you😊
Excuse me..? How do u keep your real nails long and pretty 😍😍🥺mines get so long and one would break and hurt so I’ll cut them down 🤦🏽♀️.. help me
I keep them dipped. The dip adds strength and keeps my nails from breaking. Also I'm very careful with removal ☺️
@@diynailsbywood2673 thank you now I need to buy dip 🤩
You do! And I'd love to see your nails! I have over $150+ in my cart 🤣😅😂
@@diynailsbywood2673 lol they were so pretty but the tea bag method didn’t work I need the powder ASAP Bc my nail broke off🥺
It's not working ☹️
Would you like to tell me your steps and maybe I can offer some insight on what you could do differently to get it to work? ☺️
Yaa
Transparent nail paint coat then tea bag transparent nail paint powder. But it's not working I tried many. What to do
Sorry was busy with daycare kiddos, BUT I would do the tip right onto the nail, then clear dip base and clear dip powder. Do 2 dips then activate to harden the tip. ☺️
It's not working now also
don't see the point of this at all
