I think it is inportant to provide statistics about severe compications due to filler. It is very important for a practitioner to be explicit about possible complications, however to describe them simply as rare doesnt help the peeson make a decison whether the profedure is worth it or not. Again, discussing the possoble aode effects is very hinest but scaring people that the will become blind uf they get a filler i think is inappropriate.
Planes do have accidents that sometimes cause death of all the people on board, but no one makes videos about possible deadly consequences of flying on a plane. It all depends on the numbers: statistics is everything in life. Even knowing that anything can happen while we cross the street we still gonout of the house.

I would so appreciate your opinion on the following: 2 years ago I tried lip filler but along with hating the result started to develop lumps and so I had it dissolved. The doctor seemed to use a lot of hylase and since then I have been struggling with dry lips. Could my native HA have been permanently damaged, or is this coincidental?

hello doctor, If i need to remove filler in very small specific are around the corner of the mouth, (which migrated from NLF), is it possible that hyaluronidase will dissolve that area specific only or it will end up dissolving the entire filler in the NLF?
