mohamed akram personally I would only use Botox here. The risk with filler is high and unless the client cannot have Botox I think it has a better result.
@@101wendzBotox can’t always give optimal results alone. Botox relaxes muscle but does nothing for the skin or fat loss. I want filler in my glabella because even after botox the area does look great since I’ve lost fat there
I was injected filler into glabella telling me no side effects the. Side effects are blindness and stroke.did not even sign anything.i was walking with two raised lines for a year.
Bonjour doit-elle prendre des médicament pour les douleurs par ce que avec la canule se crée un traumatisme surtout au front et combien de cc sur chaque ? Ligne merci de me répondre
How often does the filling have to be done? I have Juvederm (similar to botox) done and it did not get rid if my 11 frown I paid $450 and nothing. I've been trying everything. It has lessened some but the lines are still visible! Frustrating!
Yes, I have tried frownies and still have them. I try the tape mostly now. I even have Plexaderm, Olay, Netrogena, ...I have tried everything and they are minimizing so I;ll keep trying
I have the same issue. They did not put enough filler in. It is so hard to get someone good at filler in 11s. I have gotten one good practitioner who makes it perfect and he hates to do it. I swear they have these people afraid. Anyway try a hydrolon pen. I'm misspelling that. It is a own the uses pressure to out filler with no injection, you can do it at home. It hurts but I got tired of fighting with doctors. You will still need Botox. I suggest and upper AND mid brow raise.
Are you in mid dermis? Or superficial dermis? Should I see contour and color of the needle when I check where I'm? Or should I just see the contour of the needle? Entry; 15 or 45 degrees? I haven't done this procedure, and I'm actually dreading to do it. When you aspirate, do you think that it makes a difference, or is just for the show? Do you expect to see blood in the needle and syringe when you aspirate, if you happen to be inside artery? Thank you
This is superficial to mid dermis. Certainly not in the subcutaneous fat. Aspiration may not guarantee safety, but like a seatbelt, it increases the safety of injections. In our team we see positives happen every week or two- so just like wearing a seatbelt, most of the time it;s of no benefit, but every so often it will save the day.

@@isbellamoore5483 Thanks you for the advice. I have studied this for years, and read every paper on blindness, I have lead teams of clinicians dissecting dead bodies to find this artery, and personally seen its position in now 32 specimens up close. I know where the artery is, the length, position, volume and depth, I have read every case I can about blindness, and guess what- more than half of the cases occur from other parts of the face. Dr. Tim has gotten so much more confident in hosting these past few years. One of my favorite influencers❤
If we are weighing benefit against risk then the lines didn't really improve that much. Its a risky procedure for little benefit
mohamed akram personally I would only use Botox here. The risk with filler is high and unless the client cannot have Botox I think it has a better result.
I see no difference after. Waste of money and her time 😭
Pointless to fill an area with such high risk. You don’t get brownie points for it

I was taught to aspirate for 10 long seconds..I see you do it a lot quicker....😊
Can you increase the volume on your videos you come in quite low
Just buy new earphones 😂

In this instance what was your filler choice and what gauge needle did you choose? Volbella with a 30 or 31 gauge?

Did nothing..
Takes a few days for the line to relax.
Two options , go blind or have frown lines 😂 😮😮😮
As you can see there's a third option..
I have done once and want to do it again... this risky is this procedure?
I'm not sure why Botox wasn't used. And then resurfacing TCA acid to smoothen the area.
Botox doesn't work when there's already a deep crease. Botox is to prevent lines appearing.
Botox is a preventative wrinkle.
Filler ‘may’ help “fill” fine lines or loss of volume.
I'm agree with you in this, safer and better result
Can't hear a thing.
针头有玻尿酸后是回抽不出血液的
Can’t hear
Didn't see any difference in the lines.
Are you blind clearly looks fuller although it will stay or not or improve I'm not sure
My head..is really bad with Lines do you think l could get rid of them..in if l can what's the best too get..thanks x

Lasts 2 years on me, except for Juvederm. Lasted 3 months so I never have it again.

Try plasma pen treatment z

I have tram lines I mean deep lines, I guess the deeper they are the riskier the procedure ?
is it possible to treat the horizontal lines across the nose that run between the eyes?
I need something for that line. Mine is quite prominent at a young age.
Zack I had it since I was like 9. I think it’s a normal skin texture thing and not necessarily from age entirely.
It is addressed by Botox into a frown line.
I use a tiny microdroplet filler for this. Works a charm.
yes, with botox
What kind of filler are you injecting? Thanks
Wow, how your on screen presence has changed since this video.. You're like a nervous kind of Doc here!,
What type of filler you used .Dr.?
that looks painfull
NO SOUND !
She needs some RetinA to decrease those 11 eyebrow wrinkles

Sounds like you need to attend a course before you try any filler. Aspiration should have been practiced during foundation filler training.
@Jac aspiration doesn’t always guarantee it
A lot of doctors here don’t use the t anymore
Wild huh
after 4 or 5 months they are back
I like the way you inject
Very good
👍
I'm curious how this compares to Velotero Soft.
You Rock
Not watching strain my ears too hear
Is it the same risk with botox or just filler?
just filler
Maybe some eye protection to the patient. Just my humble opnion. I really love that there is another option instead of botox.
Is it normal to have pain afterwards and bruising? Had an injection a few days ago and the area is tender.
Yes! is normal
Should not be an area where filler is placed period.
There are no 100% safe places, so we need to weigh up risk to benefit ratio.
