Some doctors use cannulas with fillers. If you are you using a needle, do you recommend to aspirate first? To make sure you dont inject into a blood vessel?
I had this done twice, 1st time with needle(i preferred outcome due to the closeness of skin its injected) 2nd with canula (it was a deeper injection, but not as noticeable) Both times they aspirated and put their fingers in my cheek and massaged the filler for a natural look)
You didn't explain about the artery before injecting?? Think you should explain that so people know and understand how dangerous it can be if you were to hit one!
yes it is a lit firm but will soften up. the injections here improved her look but as two doctors they should be cleaver enough to know she needs a Face Lift. sorry
Things can go wrong even in the hands of the most seasoned injectors. Going blind is a very real risk. This is why I don’t understand why ultra sound guided filler injections aren’t mandatory. And why medspas-s run by nurses and sometimes even just aestheticians are allowed to inject things into people’s faces. The regulations should be so much stricter on fillers.
@@edamame-me you have no idea how hard it is to do an ultrasound guided injections, and these types of complications are not happening all the goddamn time they’re extremely rare as someone who works in this industry I know what I’m talking about that would be insane to make every injector do dumb ultrasound guided injections and guess what? Those are actually really difficult to do. They’re not easy. Why would I need to do that every time for every such simple easy injections when the rate of complications is very very low there’s people like you who live by spreading fear mongering and misinformation. That’s why I wanted to correct you. you are incorrect. Your mind frame is the same thinking that people who claim if you take an opiate pain medication you are going to become addicted because they consume the medication that is FDA approved and life-saving. That’s not how addiction works AT ALL. So yes I stand up for misinformation and fear mongering types of comments like what you commented 3 years ago.
Tannertheinjector I believe you are not a medical professional to write opinions about how hard an ultrasound guided injection is. I see what you do is inject your own face at home and as I see you have also caused yourself vascular occlusion with your untrained technique. You are very lucky that you didn’t lose your eyesight. You are causing potential harm by promoting self injecting of fillers. Like I said things can go wrong even in the hands of the most experienced injectors. Only dermatologists and plastic surgeons should do it.
So I watched this movie, and you are teaching people how to inject dermal fillers. But I think the most important thing about filler injection is how to avoid injecting filler into the blood vessels? You are saying we don't wanna get to close to the nose area. But why you don't wanna get close there you don't explain. Injection fillers is not riskless as you made it seem. Please upload a training about the risks and how to avoid them.
no they are still risky :::he probably used a soft filler and injected it subcutaneously where the actual artery is deep dermal but the risk of nasal artery occlusion is always there especially while using needle @@BotoxLaredo
The closer you get to the nose (the top 1/3 of nasolabial line) is where the artery runs very superficial. That's why he doesn't want to toy with that area. Anatomically, it's risky. This area is the 3rd leading cause of filler blindness.
I am just going to do it myself naff it ive been paying 250 for to long so time with all my training watching ppl injecting i am going to do it myself i will let u know when i am doing it
zibtihaj I had many more injections and it only lasted 3 months. Dr. Told me it would last around 9 months to 1yr. Ha, no way! Waste of money. And your face feels hard as a rock. Unnatural.
aww man I really wanted to see the marrionet lines before and after. Yeah I was going to say.. isnt he going to test by aspirating? hes lucky he didnt get an inclusion /occlusion
Keep in mind that you are paying for the expertise and years of training required to perform these procedures. He makes it look easy, but he has invested much time and money to be good at it.
No you’re not getting ripped off..... it takes years of training in order to be good at this you have to be part artist and have a good eye..... a good eye is something you can’t buy; you either have it or you don’t and you definitely get what you pay for so don’t go cheap on your face
Why did she do this video he could have picked any other model than her with her unpleasant attitude. Her attitude was so nasty and make me want to go watch another patient getting it done
Dr. Constantino and Dr. Gelbar are excellent with their demonstrations!
No concern about hitting/filling the major artery running through the nasolabial fold?
Some doctors use cannulas with fillers.
If you are you using a needle, do you recommend to aspirate first? To make sure you dont inject into a blood vessel?
I'm 21 and I've this on one side since I was born. It's not really a fold but kinda groove but not scar. Hope to get this done in future.
Thanks! Great job! Do you prefer this over canula? I just get worried about hitting arteries
Can u plz post the next step for lowers areas that close to her lips ,
She looks so enthusiastic
Hahhah yeah
Isn't she just
Yes she couldn’t contain her excitement
You could have found someone who actually wanted the procedure 😂 nice results
I wanted to see the marionette lines.

How much filler was used? Thanks for this video.
Did you go right into marionette lines directly as you did nasal folds. What was used on marionette lines which seem deep and how much.
What did you used?
she looks so happy...
Hahaha
Where are you located 12:30 pm
gosh she's a happy camper :-/ geez !!! Her earrings are beautiful :-)
great teaching video, thank you for uploading.
this teaching video is inaccurate and incorrect. the technique wasn't explained nor the danger zones to avoid.! Bad video
Aren’t you supposed to use a cannula with this procedure? 🤔
3 months ?
You didn't explain about the artery before injecting?? Think you should explain that so people know and understand how dangerous it can be if you were to hit one!
I hope that I can do it one day
How do you avoid the artery? Are there any other complicatins?
By staying a bit superficial
the artery is superficial @@BotoxLaredo
How about hitting the artery and even causing blindness 😳

cjmp200 she already had a facelift. She has scars
She needs a lift under eyes to lift corners of mouth
She doesn't "need" anything. A lift would benefit her aesthetically though, but I wouldn't use the word "need."

Hialuronic acid fillers are riskless due to its molecular size and density... the risky ones are made out of polymers.

Hyaluronic acid is not replaceable... and should not be diluted.

How long does this last? It looks amazing!
How many units did you inject on each side?

he said there was lidocaine mixed into the solution.
EMLA is used, as well as local injectable anesthetic. Benzocaine, Lidocaine, and Tetracaine is the mixture of topical I use in my office.
