Recently replayed CTTR off my PS2 emulator and man is the game such a nostalgia trip. May not be one of the best crash games but it’s among one of my favorites due to how much I played and loved it as a child. Same with Crash of the Titans, not an amazing Crash game by most people’s standards but man is it still fun to hop back into on my Xbox 360.

2:15 If you do a casual playthrough of CTTR you can use that to save some crystals for later.

I know this is a bit off-topic, but.
You think that one day the Radical Crash trilogy will be re-released on Xbox?
After all they have Xbox versions and were published by Activision, the same current publisher of Crash games.

How you make Tag Team Racing load so fast on PS2?

I don't play it off the disc but instead I have harddrive installed in my PS2. Playing the games saved on it improves loading times a lot. It has no bearing on the speedrun because we remove the loading times so it's just a quality of life improvement for me (and to have access to the slightly faster NTSC-U version).
      As for your other comments:
I doubt the Radical trilogy will be re-released. Seems like Activision has no ambition to bring back the old games beyond having easter eggs in the new games, so they'll probably stay trapped on old hardware and emulators. It's a big shame since they'd probably make a lot of money with a Crash retro collection with ports of the PS2 era games.
And yes, you can use the skips to save some crystals in casual play too. There are no downsides and you can open up the paths/bounce pads later if you want to.

Play the Wii version of both crash of the Titans and mind of mutant they run at 60fps while their PS2 and 360 counterpart Run at 30fps and it loads faster than both versions of both games.
    I'm just saying alright.

You are right about those versions running at 60 FPS but:
      1) I don't have a Wii and I didn't want to play the games on emulators so I opted to go with the versions I own.
      2) Mind Over Mutant on 360 absolutely loads faster than the Wii version and it's by far the most comfortable version to speedrun the game on. Playing the Wii version on a Wii U speeds up the loading times a bit but they're still slower than 360.

@@PeteThePlayer What are the loading time differences per console?
