I workout with you every day. Depends which workout according to how much time I have in the morning. Right now I am struggling with my eating. I am 61 and 100lbs but want to be more toned and fit looking. Its always been my stomach area. I know its all mostly about the food. I eat healthy. Do have a sweet tooth for licorice. I love when you say "Stick your chest out". I have no breasts due to Cancer and issues with implants. So LOL. Thank you again. Vicki
Holy COW was that intense. That last cardio ladder...whew! This is going on my favorites list though! What a way to start a week!!! Dripping sweat. I liked the ladder down with the 3 weight exercises!
Wow ;) The cardio/endurance/mental game was a good challenge at times. That was one of the harder mash up workouts I have done of yours. No complaints lady. Thank you! Happy I waited to do this one until I had full energy and mind set.
