I'm not on Keto but my roommate is so we made up a batch of these (10 total) but we used a Taco blend of cheese, cut up dill pickle slices very small, used Italian seasonings, poultry seasonings and garlic powder. We also decided to use ground chicken because it will hold the round shape much better. Obviously altered the cooking time, ended up about 15 minutes in the air fryer at 400. Since I'm not on keto, I floured mine with Kentucky Kernel Seasoned flour and deep fried them. Both ways were quite good.
