Props to that Comfey player: he was actively attaching and detaching, used basic attacks, picked up coins to avoid enemies from stacking, blocked attacks, used "Retreat" and "let's gather at the " pings and knew which player was the best one to heal
Sure Comfey is easy to play, but you can actually use your brain like this
Besides he didn't have a gold nor green ribbon on it, so he's not a Comfey abuser

I think there is some skill in playing Comfey. It's easy to play if you are a parasite. But knowing when you can detach, pick flowers, even throwing your unite, I think takes a certain amount of skill. To get the most out of Comfey, you have to be active in the middle of a fight and also be slippery.
Still trying to break that 100K recovery barrier with comfey, though. Hit 97K a several times. Frustrating.
@@shaunstevens4292 for 100k you may need a not optimal build, like SpAtSpecs+Wise+Hood+xAtk/potion, since shields of BuddyB don't count as healing, but I wouldn't stress about it
@@shaunstevens4292 that's a very low bar you're putting there mate. Any defender or support player should know how to do this
@@hundredfireify I play a number of defenders and supports and I would say that the skill ceiling for comfey is higher than any of them except perhaps Hoopa. The biggest problem with comfey is how squishy she is, compared to any other support mon, or any mon period except possibly Greninja.
There is additional areas that make it harder to get max value like understanding your teammates cool downs and recovers to know when a small heal will be enough to finish a fight or you have to take the risk to detach and reattach for a bigger heal and shield.
Comfey timing is very often the difference between between winning a fight and losing it. And if you want to hit those 80 and 90K heal games, you have to be active, understand your ally and enemy cool downs, and time your attach/detach along with your attacks correctly.
I think, on average, comfey is the most under performed mon in the game generally because people aren't good with those things.

Got master a few hours ago. Me having 60% wr at 1800 rly made timi say let’s make him hate his life for being good at the game. The Mmr matching is such a joke but hey at least I can enjoy the new garde skin 😊

Me getting thrown into real mathes this season on my smurf that reached 84% WR because of all the bot matches they always give to new accounts 🥲
@@InMyn I got 1800 last season. I generally think they still haven’t fixed mmr to reset at the end of the season. It’s so weird getting people with less than 500 games every time I boot up the game.
9:16 In his defense, mew probably accidentally aimed the agility away instead of aiming it into ray to try and steal his surf.
His move reset might have been on cooldown too.
I literally lost 7 games in a row, maybe even more because of my Masters 1600 last season. I completely forgot about that Timi never resets MMR after Season Whatever.
My enemies were in equal level to me or even higher and my allies... ran around the map with no goal in mind.

I feel u.. "ooh i had to backcap!" I lost only 4 games in a row but that was enough to break me.. i hit also the 1600 points.. so i guess we got the same problem..

I'm currently at 50% WR for this season, still at Ultra 3, with 18 matches played. Out of the 9 losses, 6 my team was in a winning position, and my teammates screwed up hard. Like, multiple people trying to unnecessarily back cap when Ray was about to spawn, Defenders who were hiding behind everyone, people who were too scared to fight, so they ended up doing 15k damage. It's been rough.
Had a player back cap in the main goal. Needless to say, we were winning hard, and that player threw it all away.

I went down from class3 to class 5 cuz of matchmaking💀
Last season I ended with around 200 games and 53.4% win rate, mid 1600’s. This season I’ve started my first 20 games with 43% win rate and idk how many mvps because my teammates have been objectively bad. (Prioritizing top, back capping and dying at ray, etc.)
That's just first week of ranked season. Just get through, and try get to masters.
I can’t get out of Ultra. Finished Masters 1700 or so with a 55% wr last season and now I’m top mmr every game. Usually get over 10 kos and like 80k+ dog but we still lose. Last game I played we had broken both T1 goals and a T2 when ray spawned, had only lost 1 T1. Had like a 2 level advantage across the board over their team. Then our 2 defenders go farm birds or something in the paths, dragapult goes for ray, and me as buzzwole and my comfey have to try to 2v5 their whole team. I get 2 kos but then their slowbro and cinderace kill dragapult and get ray, they all score 100, and our defenders are still wandering around doing nothing. So tough at the start of a new season.
Got back to Master, but man... my teams were mostly rough this season.
I started off this season with jungle Zoroark to promote self confidence, it was a bit shaky in the middle of the game, but my team managed to pull through.
I am getting 2-3 teammates with 33% winrate (this season) regularly. This is what i get for starting ranked a day late
Nah, i started yesterday and the same shit happened.
starting ranked late is actually better because your mmr doesn't reset until like a week after, making the game average your team mmr with lower winrate teammates
9:04 that mew swapped moves to escape from buzz, he didnt have solar beam, but yea he could have tried to surf it.
Mew played well, he just messed up with agility and i think that he didn't have his reset up since he used surf to survive the Buzzwole

i have a 73% global wr and i cant climb higher because i keep getting looses streaks
You know? I can understand it as well. In fact, I had to experience my teammates ripping objectives when the entire enemy team is around when I was in Ultra. I finally came around it with Chandelure because Flamethrower+ and the Unite Move definitely helped me secure Ray much quicker and that made me move to Masters.

@@-Salazari- I had 2 zeraora games with 420+ points and 23&23 ko's , everyone just gathers top at 7.00 and avoid fighting and scores goal , the enemy team come with group, there's nothing you can do about it,,

This season im getting 50% winrate in soloq.
Whats funny is that 70% of player's have a losing win percentage which is insane considering that really bad players are the ones that get the free matches cuz of bots

I just have to carry players who played over 5000 matches ive played new and I lost all my matches I have kills like 12, 15,or 9 in all the matches and I have to be on solo lane no one assisted me the whole match was disgusting because no one aided me this times master took me to ultra class 5

There were no masters players in that match. They're only banned if there is at least 1 person in masters in the match

only did 6 soloq games yesterday and i already hate everything LOL. 2 were bot matches, 1 was a decent game, 1 was an amazing game with good teammates but we got unlucky and died at the 2nd ray fight, and 2 i had the most god awful teammates aka brainless trio vs zoroark clef cringe and an afk lapras with bad all rounder players so true
whats a bot match, why do you have bots in your ranked games...

@@knownevildoer no because i never encounter bots in ranked games and its so wild to me that someone on master rank is playing with/against the bots and i am here trying to climb the disgusting ladder from veteran to masters and it is not going well, never any bot, everyone on my team plays like ass expect for maybe 1-2 players but the enemies are packed up and deflecting every goal
