not telling you what to do, but if your going for a truly slice of the ocean natural pond and u have your whole system parked that close to a natural body of water, your really missing out filtering this system. run and overflow and down pipe right into the canal, then use a pump to supply the tank water right from the water source in your back yard 100% of the time. all the over flow goes right back into the intercoastal. your fish live in a truly natural water ecosystem. you never have to clean a filter because there isnt one. the tank replaces it water x ammount of times per day based on chosen pump flow.
When you say drop a like to do something bring a decent amount home alot of times you've had some pow fish that would have been great for ponds and just tossed back give em a chance bro❤

I think there’s a bit too much water in that native pond… if it rains at all or if the fish decide to jump out, there’s nothing really stopping them…
