Good to see you guys enjoy the food. You guys got it almost perfect. We usually start with the breads & the curries when the breads are still warm & not elastic & chewy. But we dont just dip the breads in the sauce like you guys did, but we also keep the meat in the bread & eat it like a sandwich. When the bread gets over, we then pour everything on the rice & clean it all up. We never add the rice to the breads and eat them together. Next time get some other cuisine from India. An even milder version is hayashi rice. There's also soup curry. Coco Ichibanya is one of the biggest curry chains. They're even in the US. Cheap & quick. U could also make your own if u have a rice cooker. Just buy curry base & ingredients. Easy to make.

Rice mixed with chicken is perfect combination but when you just eat the nun without anything it's not a combination You have to deep dive the nun with the gravy and chicken also then it's a good combination 😋
So, here's the thing: Indian food is NOT something you can have on its own. It's not a pizza or a burger or pasta that you can have just on its own like that. It's always something WITH something. Like, naan WITH butter chicken, rice WITH daal, roti WITH tadka, etc. etc. It aches my heart when you (and all other white people) just take a dry piece of naan and start chewing on it.. like, what !! Also, just dipping a little bit into the gravy is also just as bad - no, you have to scoop out some of the gravy pretending the naan is a spoon, and THEN put it all in your mouth, not just do a little dip. Anyway, glad you came out of the bubble and decided to try out the most flavourful cuisine in the world. Keep it up! 🙂
