The manager speaks way too much. Usually westerners don't appreciate this overdoing of talking. This family is being very accepting. The waiters should be taught to wear gloves when serving. Zamana badal gaye lekin apne desh me kuch practices ab tak nahi badle. Humare sath chalega lekin gore logon ko yeh sab acha nahi lagta, lekin bahar bolte nahin kyu ke bahut polite hote he. Lekin gloves aur cleanliness nahi he to dubaara kabhi nahi aayenge waha.

I am a social media sceptic and I went in without assuming anything. The point where you had me convinced was near the very end of the video when you wiped the table to prevent wet stains.
