- This is one of the topic questions that Kari the Mortician receives and most people are disappointed there is not a more straight forward answer but here is the answer!

Sharon Tate's baby was removed, dressed and laid in her arms. She holds him in heaven.
The Kid is fully grown in Heaven by now...
That anniversary just passed
August 8-9, 1969

She was going to tell the public about the "biologicals" left behind at that crash site in the Land of Enchantment.. Now our government recently admitted to the public there was biological evidence of "Aliens" at Roswell.
Which should make trade embalmers wonder what is the best way to embalm Aliens and what chemicals should be used, especially if they're not carbon based entities...
This subject always makes me think of Lacey and her baby Connor 😢
Did you watch the new documentary, about Laci and Coner? ❤ I watched in last night. It’s a 3 part Series. So terrible, for a little innocent life to end, before it has even started. 😢
Also the Chris Watts babies.
@@deniseroe5891 They were both horrible but the Watts one, wow, he not only put those babies in oil tanks but separate tanks... The family wanted them in the same casket so they could be together but because of the way they had to be wrapped because they were so combustible, they couldn't even be together in the same casket... That monster is here in Wisconsin, for 'his' safety🤬
A friend of the family was killed back in 2005, and she was pregnant too.
The baby was put in her arms. As of now, no one knows who took her life.

That is a tough one.State Laws,parents not agreeing,one casket,two caskets,burial or cremation.Leave with the mother. 😶
So many variables
Yes thank you.
Good information, didn’t know about that process. Thank you for handling this with care and understanding
you are welcome
I really, _really_ appreciate the sign that's posted behind you. Like, on a personal level as a family member who's gone through the process multiple times, that means a lot to me. I hope other people who do your job feel that same way.
You are so welcome
You are always so delicate on sticky situations such as this one. I appreciate you more now that I lost my dad 5 years ago. That is what started me on your channel. Thank you!
You are so welcome
A pregnant lady I knew was killed in a storm years ago. She had a viewing and what they did was remove the baby from her womb and place it at her feet before burying her. So you didn’t see the baby during her Wake.
Thank you for sharing this!
Well done!! Through my experience, pregnant women have always been coroner cases & almost all have been autopsied. There have been a few families who've requested no autopsy for religious reasons. The sex & condition of the fetus is documented during autopsy and labelled/tagged with a separate case number, wrapped, & stored with the mother. Some are embalmed, dressed, & casketed for viewing with the mother-family's wish.
I have been surprised a few have been released no autopsy which amazes me
I always wondered that cuz my friend was pregnant when she died😔Thanks 4the explanation🙌🏾💯
So sorry about your friend :(
Thanks KARI for explaining this information 😊you always explain things very well and you do it in a very kind and caring way being respectful to all! My love ❤❤to you from AKRON, OHIO 😊😊
You are so welcome!
I remember the first time you talked about this. It’s kind of the same thing with me in media production. I go in with my crew to film a wedding, every situation is different. Some want us to be seen, others want us to be hidden. That’s when we have to get really creative.
Yes exctly
Thank you for explaining the grey areas, much appreciated. Think your idea is to take each individual case and make decisions then. Thank you so much for being so practical and wise.
You are welcome
So now, IF the baby is 'put back in', wouldn't it still end up being expelled later as a 'casket birth' even if embalmed? And if not removed through autopsy, I'm not understanding the problem with the embalmer removing since the mother's already deceased, unless the family wants the baby left in 🤔
Not always. the casket birth happens just because the gases in teh stomach grow and push everything outwards and the baby comes out because there is a hole there. If embalmed the body likely won't decompose that way
That would be rough.
Indeed
Interesting Kari thank you
You are welcome
I’m kinda surprised that you can handle all you do at work, but removing the baby would be too much. No judgement, just surprised
It is a lot
Awwwwwww❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
:)
If the funeral director isn’t comfortable removing the baby, would he call in a surgeon to do the procedure? Just curious.
I believe the family would need to pay for a pathologist. Embalmers do not perform tasks this extreme.
@@georgemcdowell8302
Kari said that most funeral directors wouldn’t want to do this, they also don’t have the knowledge or skills to do this. The funeral director would ask a pathologist to do it.
If the family was willing to pay the price for a surgeon
