    @Linguoer-mechanic I’ve watched a lot of your videos now & I must say that you have no nonsense mega common sense. I wish there were more people in the world like you that make what at first seems like something only fit for the scrap yard as good as new again & maybe even better than before. In this world of people just throwing away things when they break you prove that true recycling is possible & makes great sense. Thank you for the inspiration to make me not throw away a generator I have & I stripped it down & got it going again & giving it a thorough service at the same time. It is now better than new & doing the job better than ever. You are a true engineer. Thanks 🙏 from England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

    I was a industrial tech for a very long time and can say with no hesitation that this woman has skills! She says that she gave up a high paying job to return home. If I'm being pedantic (and I'm always pedantic), it's a stator. Rewinding motors is still done even in fully industrialized nations but the man hours for the quite skilled labor means that it is reserved only for the big and very expensive motors or motors that are very hard if not impossible to replace. It was something that we sent out to be done by specialists, not done in house. The same went with printed circuit boards and just about everything else. On the factory floor, downtime was everything. We would just replace components and swap cards and then send them out to repair facilities that repaired them and then sent them back.

    Amazing! I've watched a couple of this young ladies videos and I am stunned. I have tradesman mates with all the tools in the world that couldn't do a fraction of what this girl does with minimal tools. There is no substitute for talent. I'll subscribe.

    • @Cheepchipsable
      @Cheepchipsable 2 роки тому +1

      I doubt your mates work on such relatively simple equipment, plus they get paid better and have other things to do with their spare time.
      The problem is when you repair something in this fashion, you need to offer the warranty. So if it fails for some reason you need to pull it down and figure why.
      When you balance out the cost of all that, it's better to buy a new one and offer a warranty.
      I'm willing to bet rewiring a motor isn't that difficult once you have done a few.
      She only needs minimal tools because the machines she is working on don't require anything more sophisticated, but if you have ever done any mechanical repair, you would know having the right tool makes things a lot easier rather than spending an afternoon fighting with something using the wrong tool.

    • @flibbinflah22

      @@Cheepchipsable Mate you are a wrong, some of what you said is on point but to try to minimise this girls obvious talent because you feel butt hurt is sad. She is no threat to you and your ego. Yep warranties blah blah blah.
      Watch a few more of her videos, this girl can fix just about anything. Tradies are often dedicated, hardworking sole traders and work their trade as much as her to pay for all the expensive things we enjoy like homes and cars. But they stick to their lane and are all but useless at most anything else. They have all the tools in the world and still manage to screw up their own trade half the time, that's why they need to give warranties, which is handy because you wouldn't have to wait a year for it to break, you can see the moment they finish that they fucked it.. Maybe just have some respect a good word for the girl who I bet would run rings around your sorry ass every day and twice on Sundays. Just a thought.

      О да! Не всякая женщина сможет с таким знанием дела произвести такой ремонт.....Но....Как я и писал в предыдущем комментарии, по ремонту обмотки погружного электронасоса, имеются и огрехи.....Обмотка и её бандаж не пропитанны электроизоляционным лаком, и не высушены в специальной печи....и второе...нет ни одной пайки с последующей изоляцией....только одни скрутки......Засыпала в пазы статора катушки обмотки, стянула бандажами из киперной ленты,выбила клинья в пары, вывела концы обмоток....прозвони мегаомметром катушки, между собой, и по отношению к корпусу статора!!! Затем в печь на предварительный нагрев, затем в ванну с лаком...затем на обтекание....через 40 минут опять прозвони, и в печь на сушку....после сушки, опять контроль изоляции!!! Затем на сборочный стенд, соединение, пайка , прозвонка схемы...и на стенд испытаний!!!.....И никак иначе.....А то все собрала...и швырнула в воду, на ,,Господи Благослави"...... Сколько ,,это все проработает" ???......и не прибьет ли её саму......это вообще интересный подход.....Электричество не шутка! ,,Семь раз отмерь, и один раз отрежь" и никак иначе.....а то и сам погибнешь, и людей погубишь...
