Being a certified technician and have worked for the big 3 ( Ram, Ford, GM) truck wise Rams have less issues then Fords and GMs. Alot of Rams issues are actually small not as many side of the road issues as the other 2. GMs aren't really bad either in that aspect but Fords from my experience has more issues that will leave you stranded.
Having owned an 03 ram since new, can confirm it has outlived all my new trucks, including a tundra lol. 162k no check engine lights, just oil changes and normal maintenance, trucks been a complete tank. Debating getting a 22 ram or newer, gonna wait for this chip shortage and bs dealer mark up stuff to end first lol.

I feel like this list is invalid because JDpower is a complete joke at best, not only are they paid advertising with a massive biased but they consider all faults in initial quality totally equal so a broken cup holder in a ford is exactly the same as a grenaded CVT in a subi or blown head gasket in a honda.
I put Honda bit higher in the ranks having owned 4 in my lifetime. The 10th generation models especially my 2020 Accord turbo Sport is a force to be reckoned with. But other than that the list makes sense is factual and probably reliable. I will buy a Navigator rather than an Escalade based on this video and the plan was to buy an Escalade for family trips. Now I am leaning towards the Navi.
Toyota's subsidiary Aisin makes the worlds most reliable transmissions no question. Honda transmissions aren't as good you just have to change the fluid 4-5x more often than on a Toyota to get the same reliability. Honda makes sweet 4cylinder engines. Their V-6 is good just outdated, you still have to change the timing belt every 7yr/100k and disable the cylinder shit down system. Toyota's are soul-less machines, it takes effort to make most Honda's as reliable as a Toyota but the end result is a more enjoyable driving experience.
I have to agree with Chris.. I love my 2021 Honda Accord 2.0t. even the pairing of the 10 speed trans was done very nice.. However Honda transmissions have always been their weak point.. the 10 speed delivers the power correctly going up thru the gears. But anytime I come up to a red light and have to stop the trans shifts hard when it's downshifting mostly 2nd to 1st gear. it hits harder than I like... Toyota their trans are smooth as butter every time... But Honda still gets a spot in my garage still!
That Honda killed it with the y The 10th Gen Accord. They're so good looking and sexy and then paired with the Type R engine! OMG you can't ask for anything better. Well maybe a real Accord Type R but I'll be happy with this for now
Just remembered how could he say something bad about RAM? RAM today is the best pick up truck out of all out there. Yes sometimes some little issues come out but those are not serious ones and will not leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere. Even if had to take your RAM to dealer for repair under warranty you will forget about it as soon as you put your ass on that comfortable seat surrounded by luxurious interior of this beautiful truck. I don't think any other pick up truck out there will be so beautiful inside as well as outside.

I look at the design of the Range Rover velar and I'm like how can they design such a beauty and yet run out of juice when it gets to reliability.
Had an old friend who worked at a Chrysler/Jeep store as a mechanic; his standard response when working on one was "Jesus Chrysler."
Haha I like that
I like it that Mini is ranked so high. They get shit on a lot, but those who shit on them are the ones who don't take care of them.
This can't be serious. Nissan above Acura? Ford below ram? BMW, makes high quality cars? Subaru and Volvo builds like 4 cars but they're in the top 10? Lexus and Porsche build the exact opposite things. This shit doesn't make sense
Im so happy to see Volvo killing it. I was a turbo brick fanboy 10 years ago when the brand was on life support selling a 12 year old xc90 for $50k. I don’t care if our savior eats bats.
I agree
Having owned an 03 ram since new, can confirm it has outlived all my new trucks, including a tundra lol. 162k no check engine lights, just oil changes and normal maintenance, trucks been a complete tank. Debating getting a 22 ram or newer, gonna wait for this chip shortage and bs dealer mark up stuff to end first lol.
The days of the Crown Victoria was the best for Ford. Definitely will be Voodoo swapping it with a 10 speed when the 4.6 eventually fails if it does 😂
Did you know a lot of police officers still use the crown Victoria to this day? That goes to show you the reliability of these cars
Lexus is basically like the better version of Toyota
This millennial isn’t bias at all I think I will stick to motor trend and automobile magazines they will always tell it like it is and Chevy and Ford on bottom I have owned both and can tell you that neither are as bad as this video says

Not gonna lie, even though I wasn't surprised to see Hyundai, Kia and Genesis was rated at bottom half, I actually love them...
I've owned many cars and my Hyundai Sonata is the most reliable. I've had Lexus cars, Toyota's, and Honda's. Still the Sonata tops off.
@@Frizzionnare Wait WHAT!? Korean engineering was more reliable than Japanese ones?
Subaru and Audi ahead of Toyota and Honda?! no way! all I have heard is quality levels on Audi and Subaru are awful!
Ok,the list is good,BUT WHERE IS THE TESLA,I'm not American,I'm brazilian, but I always see the Tesla so good,so powerful, but he at least has to be in a bonus
🧐I love how a lot of brands on this list, were also listed on other videos for recommendations...?!?!?
I mean personally, I own an Is350 and it's about as reliable as it gets, and its pretty fun to drive as well.

I bought a Lexus a few years back that had over 300k on it. I drove it for 3 years and put about 70k or so more miles on it, before selling it to a friend. He’s still driving it.

You gotta redo this list especially with Ford being placed so low. They are nowhere near that bad
I guess statistics tell different. I know people are sad to see Ford so low but that's still his opinion.
where is gmc
Thank you for ranking Land Rover last. The list is legit no matter how the rest of the list turns out.
I don't trust JD power these car reviews are often bias and misleading.
And just pay to get good reviews
Can’t mention Nissan without talking about their CVT
The squidd: subies are reliable
Me: subies blowing head gasket
I had a Mitsubishi Colt Cabriolet and she was the perfect little car but as soon as I had one electrical problem fixed, another problem would start
What about the colt ralliart 👌
Tesla so bad its not even in this list💀
Love car related channels made by people that dont know much about cars 😂😂😂
me, see’s fiat in the list
Also me, thinks what the words fiat stands for,
Fix it again tonyyy
Suzuki: "Am I a joke to you?"
Bruh lamborghini, farrari and mclaren wasn't there to
And opel
cmon man .... suzuki isn't into cars anymore from a long time . lets talk about bikes, then it is in top 3.
I feel like this list is invalid because JDpower is a complete joke at best, not only are they paid advertising with a massive biased but they consider all faults in initial quality totally equal so a broken cup holder in a ford is exactly the same as a grenaded CVT in a subi or blown head gasket in a honda.
"They never break down."
My dad's LX570 going to the workshop for the 6th time this week: *Hold my gasoline*
My dad's Lexus not going in 2 years:
That Honda killed it with the y
The 10th Gen Accord. They're so good looking and sexy and then paired with the Type R engine! OMG you can't ask for anything better. Well maybe a real Accord Type R but I'll be happy with this for now
My mom has a Chrysler van and she loves the thing and it's been pretty reliable

Just remembered how could he say something bad about RAM? RAM today is the best pick up truck out of all out there. Yes sometimes some little issues come out but those are not serious ones and will not leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere.
Even if had to take your RAM to dealer for repair under warranty you will forget about it as soon as you put your ass on that comfortable seat surrounded by luxurious interior of this beautiful truck. I don't think any other pick up truck out there will be so beautiful inside as well as outside.
there was a land rover ad right next to this video for me
Ford should at least be higher than Chevy

@DFB58 exactly my 02 f150 is reliable asf. Especially compared with newer chevy cars. My friends have all had problems with new chevy cars. And how did Toyota get so low on the list? There cars are reliable asf. I dont like them at all but still very reliable
funny story from my little brother's teacher: "my husband's friend used to work in a ford factory. During lunch break, a coworker was eating fried chicken, and threw away the bone. The bone landed inside the car, but no one cared. Eventually, the car was built with the fried chicken bone inside."
