But one of his last Spahgetti Western films was without Clint called "My name is Nobody" where the main character is very talented but also comedic and his name is literally "Nobody"

I wouldn't be surprised -and it would be fucking awesome- if this story takes place in the same Wick universe, and this "organization" that Mr. Nobody used to work for is connected in some way to the events in the John Wick story line.
I think what this has is that he really looks like that everyman. Even more so than Bruce Willis did on Die Hard. You look at Keanu as Wick and you see that action guy.
This movie was awesome and having Christopher Lloyd was a fun surprise. I would love to have this and John Wick have some sort of crossover. Even if it's just for one scene having the two of them working together. Then they turn, nod their heads with a simple, "John." "Hutch." Then part ways.
That thumbnail was the exact reaction I had once they show him in the subway, when he says “I’m gonna F you up”! This is what Quentin T. Did to travolta...he took the public’s view of the actor as an amalgamation of all his roles and who they “think” he was...and then slapped the fans across the face with a new character!
This is exactly what I need 8 days from Christmas. Looks amazing and I can't wait for February 26, 2021! It's funny that you mentioned that this is the type of movie you would enjoy seeing with your dad as I have fond memories of seeing the original Die Hard with my dad in theaters. I distinctly remember how much he enjoyed it which subsequently increased my enjoyment many fold. Sadly he passed away from cancer 23 years ago. When you guys mentioned movies and your father it definitely brought me back to a moment in time that I will truly treasure.
If someone empties his pistol and THEN tells the group of 5 Russian gangsters that he's gonna fuck them up, I feel like the appropriate response would be to display a healthy level of concern. Laughing at him is unlikely to improve the situation.
I am so psyched by this movie; can’t wait! BUT this is Death of a Citizen , the first Matt Helm novel by Donald Hamilton. Look it up, better yet, read the book!
As someone who just watched and rented this movie it was pretty good, not first John wick awesome but it danced the line of serious with small comedic physical gags. Not haha jokes but like little things the characters do to break up the serious ness at times. Not a Deadpool lol so random but it’s a great touch
This needs to be watched in theaters and cinemas. The movie looks incredible and seems like it's gonna be a fun ride. WB has ruined the cinema going experience by putting their 2021 movie line-up on streaming services. Just streaming this at home, even if you have a 60 inch TV, won't be the same. I'm not a sure if this will make it to the cinemas, but if it does and everything's a bit better by then, I'll definitely be in line for the tickets. As cool and fun as this looks, at some point we have to ask if David Leitch is a bit of a one-trick pony. The guy gave up his criminal life for a real family....and it comes back to haunt him...and he comes out of retirement...but it's Bob Oedenkirk. That sounds more like a Funny or Die skit riffing on John Wick than a real film made by the guy who made John Wick. Also, the box gun is not Vivaldian. It's Vivicain, since it was done expertly already in Kill Bill by Vivica A Fox with her kid's cereal box.
Leitch also directed DeadPool 2, Hobbs and Shaw, and Atomic Blondie. While there's similarities in between in terms of style in action, it's pretty clear he isn't a one-trick pony.

Also the action director and stunt coordinators from John Wick are directing the action, or supposedly will fee just like John wick but a different story, same tone, action, bad ass.
he didn take out the burglar because he realised the gun they was using, had no bullets in it. and so he figured, there is no reason to hurt or get hurt, if no threat is in front of them. he later on realised why these burglars were robbing people. but.. yeah. it was an... average movie at best. the fighting itself was good, it was entertaining. it was a class or 2 below John Wick fighting, but it was by all means a movie worth watching if you like this kind of stuff.
It is so funny that everybody talks about John Wick similarity and such but nobody has mentioned that actually the Russian director of "Hardcore" movie realized this vision & idea with half of the cast been Russian actors as well... Of course in the "canceled culture" any mentioning of Russia or Russians will be a bad rep ad. What a shame... Even the discussed gun sequence was totally Russian director Ilya's invention which he did many times in his movies & video musical clips back in Russia. Yes, universal pictures paid for it and Bob of course is the star in this movie....but directors rarely get proper credits for their outstanding jobs, for the serious research, talent and authenticity IMHO. Ilya is definitely the Quentin Tarantino material & fan, so enjoy the movie made by the Russian Director... about Russian mafia again being defeated by a nobody with superman's abilities ;)))
Fucking FINALLY some other big name reactors watch this. This needs WAY more attention than it's been getting. Unfortunately they dropped the trailer at the same time as all the other Marvel Disney + shows' trailers, so people have been going on about those instead.
Yet another example of how the trailer absolutely ruins the movie. They should have gone with the Charles Bronson "Death Wish" vibe to get people into the seats with the added "by the people that brought you John Wick". But they can't keep a secret in movies anymore. No surprises. Don't get me wrong, it looks awesome but it's a total rip off of "A History of Violence".

I'm very, VERY glad I didn't watch any trailer for this movie beforehand. The surprise was COMPLETE. It made the bus scene all the more incredible.
