The best duo guy tours ever! Love it! You both have this quick wit of knowledge and charm! Not only are they walking encyclopedias of NYC... brains are sponge like to absorb all that history! If only I could have a computer chip place in my brain to remember all that! Impressive! 😊😆❤️
Yeah he’s funny but his diabetes joke around 23.25 was not funny and just wrong based on science. SUGAR DOES NOT GIVE YOU DIABETES! Educate yourselves, people. I know the media hasn’t made it easy but. Stop spreading wrong info.
Ken.... you two are great together!!!Obviously I prefer your solitary walks.... but when you invite Tom on now and again it’s great. Thanks for all you do. 👍🏻👍🏻
Actionkid I want to sincerely tell yu how very much i enjoy your channel. Being divorced and elderly now, I suppose, NYC- i met many ppl from the area while we wintered in Fla. so glad u show us so many things and happenings going on. I truly appreciate your channel. If II weren’t on such a tight budget since divorce I would contribute, i am not able to at this time. Thank u Blessings from Canada 🦋🦋
This is a great video. It's one of the best I've seen so far. Tom is a hoot! along with being an ACE on NYC History. You guys should do more NYC videos together.
That 2nd explorer who, as mentioned by Tom, passed thru this area was Estevao Gomes, a Portuguese cartographer & explorer around 1524. Records indicate he may have entered New York Harbor and seen the Hudson River. His expedition helped provide information for the 1529 Diego Ribeiro map of the east coast of North America.
Why this wasn’t live?! 😭 If nothing, have something interesting to watch on a beach day this afternoon with a cup of coffee and something sweet... perfection❣️😉 Wishing everyone an amazing day from Croatia 🤗🌞🌊
Ken....you and Tom Delgado make a PERFECT pair for touring New York! He has hilarious knowledge and you capture the moment perfectly with your GoPro! Definetely continue to make MORE videos together! Greeting from Southern California!!
Lol you guys are definitely an encyclopedia😂😂😂with time is all about no kidding! And action kid is all about just keep going. Rich people are not worry about us, but we have happiness and lots of advantages. The 5hr walk Will take two weeks to watch😇😇take care guys 🦋
Would like to see artist return to SOHO, real hungry artists who put their blood, sweat and tear into their work, when I was there many years ago it definitely had an artist vibe and knowing that "rich" artist are there I think it wouldn't have that feeling again if ever visit again
Hello from Germany, Actionkid. Thank you for your Videos, so i can join you virtually on your Walking-Tours through NYC (at least, as we`re unfortunately limited in travelling these days). The most i enjoy your Videos with Tom. They are funny and entertaining and informative. Great. Wanna visit New York again, as i share your love with that city. Cheers
What a brilliant concept. Take some shots of Manchester in England, then hire an actor to make up a history like its in New York. Tom was so good he didn't fluff his lines once, in fact he very nearly had me fooled.
Tom Delgado quite a historian! I love the history you provide ex: iron work. Actionkid always "on" love your energy and dedication. Stick together, you are a great team. Liz Meehan Scranton PA
I think he has stereo mics , and when they get into a place where the sound is reflecting back a certain way, it comes in through both channels and makes that effect. If that makes sense.
@@ActionKid It might also have something to do with the H1n : About this item : " Streak-free and easy to apply Comfortable to wear all day No self TAN smell, with our mood-boosting fragrance " Not sure what on Earth you're supposed to do with that thing!?!
I loved this video. Everyone trying to have fun for Labor Day weekend taking a vacation from the city going to Jersey shore, Atlantic City in Jersey, Jersey periodt, or Philly or evening Connecticut who known. It’s really nice to take a break from the city even if it’s a little break, you should do it actionkid one day. Everyone celebrating Labor Day with friends and family in Jersey but,I know I’m late but, happy Labor Day.
Amazing video. I worked in soho for 20 years and I miss it. Its amazing how it looks so dead. Greene st looks abandoned. Omg, Fridays would be so packed on Broadway to walk. Btw I consider 6th Ave the western border cause Thompson, Sullivan and MacDougal streets belong to soho. I used to drive that big brown truck on mercer st and broome. And yes that traffic on Friday is mind-blowingly crazy. 30 minutes just to turn from mercer onto broome to greene st. Had to do it before 2pm or you were caught in a nice little traffic jam
The streets are normally so packed in Soho you can hardly walk to get to work. Glad to see more people out than the last few months, but still pretty empty.
AK is starting to become a brochure for "personal tour guides" LOL. These guys gonna have to start paying AK for sponsorships because personal tour guides is the future.
ActionKid + Tom Delgado
The greatest combo.
I love your tours with Tom so much. He's funny af

Tom is a fountain of knowledge about NY.

My old neighborhood. Born and raised on Broome St, I loved the architecture of the buildings. Growing up, all the "lofts" were abandoned factories.
It's so true, you two really are the "walking encyclopedias" of New York!!
I love when you and Tom do walks, thank you so much. Because of bad back and knee I can't walk to long so love seeing both of you guys videos.
I never miss a show, this one is pretty close to the top for walking with friends.
Tom's storys are awesome

Your video is so much clearer than Tom’s channel. Tom’s sound is better.
Love all the historical information !! 🥀🌸🏵️🤗
Great video and audio. Very clear. Not a lot of background noise
Great video and great energy Action Kid. Keep up the good work! YOU THE MAN! 😍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks Ken and Tom 😊 you two are Awesome togetherHuman Encyclopedias!! 🙌🏃🗽
Can’t recommend Toms UA-cam page enough. Subscribe. His content is underrated for the amount of current subscribers he has.
You guys make a good team!!
It feels good to walk together through the video. Thank you.👍💕🚶♂️🌷
It sounds like your audio track is doubled somewhere on your editing timeline.
I think he has stereo mics , and when they get into a place where the sound is reflecting back a certain way, it comes in through both channels and makes that effect. If that makes sense.
Yes, I rendered the video with both mic audio tracks on the whole time. To get the audio down perfect would require much more production.

Nice walk, good buddy with you!
Thanks bro... haven't been down there since January honestly...
That traffic to the Holland tunnel was insane! I thought the Holland tunnel was closed permanently after 9/11?
Thank you AK! 💜💚💛
Never been more ppl leaving, but it’s doing great...especially U haul company.
Great video, like the narration while walking, looking for more such videos
I was just watching a Tom Delgado video of his tour of East Village last night! LOL. Cheers
Great video! Tom is amazing
His face at 12:09 hilarious hahahaha!
Couple that with Tom's response at 16:12 to question at 16:00.
The streets are normally so packed in Soho you can hardly walk to get to work. Glad to see more people out than the last few months, but still pretty empty.
Stuck in lockdown in Melbourne...dying to get back to NYC for a holiday soon.
Growing up, that part of Broadway were textile stores and small business owners generally - pre big name retailers.
NYC WILL BOUNCE BACK! Then all you haters are going to be begging to come back to the greatest city in the world!👍🏽🇺🇸❤️
Tom, I see that you've worked with Joe Pera. Gotta get Joe on a walk with Action Kid, lol. Might be too wholesome for UA-cam.
Thank you for all the info Friend
You've got to really LIKE people to live in NYC.
I thought you guys would be happy to see all those cars!
love them together
Those cast Iron buildings have to be darn cold in the winter ... surely?
Great video.
