The children born out of a valid marriage are legitimate and they have right to inherit their parent’s properties.
We don't do that legitimate business, everyone belongs to God, and a father can choose what a child inherits. However, in Islam a child born out of wedlock belongs to the mother and the father has no jurisdiction over the child.
@@aribrahim1898 anyone who gives three talaqs at once, that is three. Therefore by default, them staying together saying that it is one, are giving birth to haram children who will NOT inherit from their father.
