Divorce Laws of Quran are meant for sane God fearing people .. however in times of today where there is too much corrupt mind infiltration such laws donot apply and corrupt and conspirative minds should be dealt immediately with ruthlessness and are to be shown no mercy .. the soul, heart and spirit however should not have to bear the consequences as they in most cases have been bonded by Allah.
He told me talaq 3 times and he took my name, my life, I felt used, he said I haven't chosen another wife yet, I gave up my rings, I left his compensation equal to nothing to his conscience, allhamdulilla Allah provide me with job, I do not need to beg for livelihood, supposedly it was my ex-husband from the halal club, he does not eat anything that is not made by a restaurant, and I am from Mexico, the first time he Visit my country, he did not even want to meet my family, he do not accept anything that I would have prepared even if was a vegetarian, food , he only came to give me the talaq= like all my life , Dignity, or family honor was a game and so throw me out and choose a new and better wife

What confuses me is the need of iddah,, if we are well aware of not being pregnant with the first husband in this modern hi tech society,, or we already have been away from that person for months together, why should we have to still be in iddah period for being able to marry another person?
iddah serves a time to reflect and think as well, in addition to making sure you are not pregnant. After the 2 talaks, you can go back to your husband, but if you dont want to, you can marry again after the iddah period is over... it gives time to reflect and think about their decision, before solidifying it...
Because it benefits the WOMAN, she is not made homeless on the spot. She has no financial burden for her three menstrual cycles after which, had women not stopped men marrying four wives, there would be a queue of married men waiting to marry her. Pregnancy tests give false negatives all the time and there was a time when there was no such thing as a pregnancy test. If she is pregnant then the baby HAS to be born within the nikah so that it can know its identity. If the woman exits the iddah then no one would know who the babies father is. And most importantly, a nikah is broken with ONE talaq. The man has the full right to take his wife back and save himself from a colossal loss. In islam the loss in a divorce is to the man not the woman. Even after the third talaq, where reconciliation is not allowed in iddah, the woman still lives in her ex husands home.
Divorce is essential, who needs divorce? A woman does not have to wait for three attempts if she needs a divorce. It should be given without offending them, and if the husband needs a divorce, he should explain the need for it, and by convincing him it can be avoided twice.

However, there are hundreds and hundreds of videos that are benefiting a quarter of the worlds population, and I cannot, for the life of me, understand how food bloggers get 14 million subscribers and Bina TV only has less than 1 1/2 million. And the content is good, very good albeit secular. Strange. Other Muslim personalities who are subject to the same criticisms, barely have half 1 million. Crazy.
Religion related content gets 'de-promote' by UA-cam. Although I think this is mainly targeting english speaking-content, which make sense since its the language with the largest consumer. Muslim channels in other languages I believe grow faster at a shorter time. The unintentional side effect to this (not intentional by UA-cam) was the rise of these so-called motivational channels. Thats why we suddenly start seeing these 'charisma' or 'alpha male' or whatever types of videos the last 2-3 years. Its because UA-cam try to suppressed the theological content, which give rise to these philosophical content. Another 'loophole' is making reaction-baiting videos, which I personally don't think that is Islam, but its out there. There are Islam channels build off this type of content unfortunately.
My question to you is how is his content secular? I mean Islam is a way of life and the Quran teaches us how to live it, he simply helps with interpreting for people who don't have the time to do so themselves. While I don't agree with all his interpretations I don't find them particularly secular. As for the monetization thing, he has an entire team of people who he works with who do in fact need to get liveable wages.

In pakistan it is said that if you use word talaq three times and say it "i divorce you" 3 times then its 3 divorces done even if it happened in a single time?? Does it count 3 times or just one time. Because i have always thought of it like when you are angry you so badly want to get rid of the other person that in anger you want to make sure theres no way back. You would even say it 100 times in anger if needed. Thats the thing about doing things in anger. You realise it later to what extremes you have gone. Thats why there was hikmat in rujooh after one talaq. But whats the ruling on saying it three times in just one angery scenario between husband and wife. Please let me know this. I know saying it three times in one scenario is wrong but what if its done?? Will it be one talaq or three talaqs?
It counts as three. FACT. Then man up and find another way of releasing your anger, to release it in talaq only when other ways exist is a sign of begairti and a sign of being raised by a hindu mother.

Does the law apply the same way where a woman can take a man twice but can't accept a man a third time, only unless he first choses and is with another woman? No. A woman has a much quicker and easier process to get out called a khula. Provided she has a justifiable reason to get out if it, and not just because she has taken a fancy to another man.
So Allah doesn’t care about how you treat each other in a marriage but jumps right in when it’s time to divorce?? Why not give proper instructions during the relationship so it would not lead to divorce. Preempting divorce is what’s required.
Mr. Nouman, you should have told the people about the procedure of divorce as given in the Quran. In 4:34, God says,”Men are QAWWAMOONA ALAA ALNISAAI ( Men are responsible for always ready to provide women whatever they need) with what God has given them more than others ( means the knowledge of the Quran) and with what they spend ( ANFAQOO means as per God’ Order to fulfill the needs of women with their their wealth ).Then the women should do good deed, be obedient to God,and safeguard for the unseen( God Who has given them instructions in the Quran) and from those you fear opposition and disobedience of God (NOSHOOZA HUNNA), the advise them, ( But if they persist in disobedience, leave them in their beds, ( and still they do not obey God) ) move their complaint to their near relatives ( such as parents an big brothers or big sisters ) ( ADHRABOO HUNNA) then if they obey God’s instructions told by you, do not find any means of way to cross the limits set by God ( TABGHOO ALAI HINNA). Indeed Allah ( the Lone Ruler of the universe) is very High and very great ( in giving orders)”. “ And if you fear a breach between them, appoint a judge ( HAKAMAN, the who decides who is right and who is wrong) from each of his people and each of her people ( to decide the case). If they both desire reconciliation, Allah will cause it between them.Indeed Allah is ever knowing, and and acquainted with everything.” Then if they do not reconcile, they separate themselves from each other ( Divorce ) But they can reconcile two times if they divorce ( separate themselves from each other. The third separation can not be reconciled. Hence, declaring separation three at a time is considered ONE only. And thus they can reconcile two times only.

Salaam I respect your explanation of Talaq. But it makes no sense when a person marries oncebut manages to give talaq 3 times. I suggest you listen to Dr Zakir Naiks explanation, which to me makes far better sense. He says when a someone goes through talaq then comples the idda period then that talaq is complete. This is the first time the talaq of this couple. Then after wards if they want to reunite this possible. Then if they go through another talaq and complete the idda, this is counted as the second time giving talaq. After that they can reunite for a third time. But if they go through a talaq again then the lady has to marry someone else. Please comment on this, as this makes far better sense than pronouncing talaq 3 times. Thanks
After idda period n within this period,if THERE is no compromise, then Talak shall take place.And if after that Talak,if the woman is not married,then only It's possible for the scope of remarrying. Woman's consent is a must for THIS marriage.But within idda period,no marriage is required as the Talak has not yet been commenced. The same procedure for next Talak (2nd Talak) or 2nd phase. But after 3 rd time or 3rd phase,Talak Will be effective after the idda period n no scope of marrying now.Divorve has taken place permanently for the time being.
You must be on cheap drugs if you cant understand the concept of marrying once but giving talaq three times. Since you are so into mathematics, then know that in mathematics three of anything cannot be counted as one.

What confuses me is the need of iddah,, if we are well aware of not being pregnant with the first husband in this modern hi tech society,, or we already have been away from that person for months together, why should we have to still be in iddah period for being able to marry another person?
iddah serves a time to reflect and think as well, in addition to making sure you are not pregnant. After the 2 talaks, you can go back to your husband, but if you dont want to, you can marry again after the iddah period is over... it gives time to reflect and think about their decision, before solidifying it...

Because it benefits the WOMAN, she is not made homeless on the spot. She has no financial burden for her three menstrual cycles after which, had women not stopped men marrying four wives, there would be a queue of married men waiting to marry her. Pregnancy tests give false negatives all the time and there was a time when there was no such thing as a pregnancy test. If she is pregnant then the baby HAS to be born within the nikah so that it can know its identity. If the woman exits the iddah then no one would know who the babies father is. And most importantly, a nikah is broken with ONE talaq. The man has the full right to take his wife back and save himself from a colossal loss. In islam the loss in a divorce is to the man not the woman. Even after the third talaq, where reconciliation is not allowed in iddah, the woman still lives in her ex husands home.

Divorce is essential, who needs divorce? A woman does not have to wait for three attempts if she needs a divorce. It should be given without offending them, and if the husband needs a divorce, he should explain the need for it, and by convincing him it can be avoided twice.
I don’t particularly like NAK, although recently have been somewhat more interested in what you have to pedal. I think the message is secular and I’ve always worried and stayed away from people who sell the Deen, not to say that demands and scholars shouldn’t get paid, they should get paid most.
However, there are hundreds and hundreds of videos that are benefiting a quarter of the worlds population, and I cannot, for the life of me, understand how food bloggers get 14 million subscribers and Bina TV only has less than 1 1/2 million. And the content is good, very good albeit secular. Strange. Other Muslim personalities who are subject to the same criticisms, barely have half 1 million. Crazy.
Religion related content gets 'de-promote' by UA-cam. Although I think this is mainly targeting english speaking-content, which make sense since its the language with the largest consumer. Muslim channels in other languages I believe grow faster at a shorter time.
The unintentional side effect to this (not intentional by UA-cam) was the rise of these so-called motivational channels. Thats why we suddenly start seeing these 'charisma' or 'alpha male' or whatever types of videos the last 2-3 years. Its because UA-cam try to suppressed the theological content, which give rise to these philosophical content. Another 'loophole' is making reaction-baiting videos, which I personally don't think that is Islam, but its out there. There are Islam channels build off this type of content unfortunately.
My question to you is how is his content secular? I mean Islam is a way of life and the Quran teaches us how to live it, he simply helps with interpreting for people who don't have the time to do so themselves. While I don't agree with all his interpretations I don't find them particularly secular. As for the monetization thing, he has an entire team of people who he works with who do in fact need to get liveable wages.

In pakistan it is said that if you use word talaq three times and say it "i divorce you" 3 times then its 3 divorces done even if it happened in a single time?? Does it count 3 times or just one time. Because i have always thought of it like when you are angry you so badly want to get rid of the other person that in anger you want to make sure theres no way back. No. A woman has a much quicker and easier process to get out called a khula. Provided she has a justifiable reason to get out if it, and not just because she has taken a fancy to another man.

Mr. Nouman, you should have told the people about the procedure of divorce as given in the Quran. In 4:34, God says,”Men are QAWWAMOONA ALAA ALNISAAI ( Men are responsible for always ready to provide women whatever they need) with what God has given them more than others ( means the knowledge of the Quran) and with what they spend ( ANFAQOO means as per God’ Order to fulfill the needs of women with their their wealth ).Then the women should do good deed, be obedient to God,and safeguard for the unseen( God Who has given them instructions in the Quran) and from those you fear opposition and disobedience of God (NOSHOOZA HUNNA), the advise them, ( But if they persist in disobedience, leave them in their beds, ( and still they do not obey God) ) move their complaint to their near relatives ( such as parents an big brothers or big sisters ) ( ADHRABOO HUNNA) then if they obey God’s instructions told by you, do not find any means of way to cross the limits set by God ( TABGHOO ALAI HINNA). Indeed Allah ( the Lone Ruler of the universe) is very High and very great ( in giving orders)”. “ And if you fear a breach between them, appoint a judge ( HAKAMAN, the who decides who is right and who is wrong) from each of his people and each of her people ( to decide the case). If they both desire reconciliation, Allah will cause it between them.Indeed Allah is ever knowing, and and acquainted with everything.” Then if they do not reconcile, they separate themselves from each other ( Divorce ) But they can reconcile two times if they divorce ( separate themselves from each other. The third separation can not be reconciled. Hence, declaring separation three at a time is considered ONE only. And thus they can reconcile two times only.

I suggest you listen to Dr Zakir Naiks explanation, which to me makes far better sense.
He says when a someone goes through talaq then comples the idda period then that talaq is complete. This is the first time the talaq of this couple.
Then after wards if they want to reunite this possible.
Then if they go through another talaq and complete the idda, this is counted as the second time giving talaq. After that they can reunite for a third time.
But if they go through a talaq again then the lady has to marry someone else.
Please comment on this, as this makes far better sense than pronouncing talaq 3 times.

After idda period n within this period,if THERE is no compromise, then Talak shall take place.And if after that Talak,if the woman is not married,then only It's possible for the scope of remarrying. Woman's consent is a must for THIS marriage.But within idda period,no marriage is required as the Talak has not yet been commenced.
The same procedure for next Talak (2nd Talak) or 2nd phase.
But after 3 rd time or 3rd phase,Talak Will be effective after the idda period n no scope of marrying now.Divorve has taken place permanently for the time being.
You must be on cheap drugs if you cant understand the concept of marrying once but giving talaq three times. Since you are so into mathematics, then know that in mathematics three of anything cannot be counted as one.
Thats IF the man started the procedure in the firt place, which is to give one talaq. Since he did not start a procedure there is nothing left to remedy. Three talaqs in one go are three.

One pronouncement or Three pronouncement at a time,its just One Talak as per Quran.This Talak will be effective after idda period.But there is a scope to remarry after the Talak is effective (after idda period) provided the ex wife agrees.(like marriage for the first time)But if the husband withdraws the Talak before expire of idda period,then no new marrige is needed.
