Ortigas land is a nice area. You should copy their interior and do it by phase, one room at a time so you have a master plan. Start with the walls, the paint color, the kitchen back splash tiles, bathroom wallpapers followed by the furnitures.
Go Jackie!! We just got ours in mandaluyong. Its a great Place as base for me and my family to stay and travel all over Asia. Yours should be just as amazing as well. Good luck!!🍀👍🏽

I think the purpose of the bathroom outside the second room is incase you have a visitor and they want to use the toilet they don’t have to go to the room to use it
That’s exactly right. It’s good to have a private bath in the MBR and if you have rooms upstairs then have a full bath up there and a “powder room” on the living room level for guests
why not, we are the fastest-growing economy in Southeast Asia. Have you heard of those major incoming new islands along Manila Bay? Those are even more expensive and luxurious.
@@jackieInPhilippinesI think the main target market are the Overseas Filipino Workers and foreigners. It is huge….the regular 9-5 filipino workers cannot realistically afford the prevailing condo prices.
The "MAIDS" room is a no-no!!! especially the bathroom, OMG, the water will be everywhere. It's messed up. They put the washer and dryer inside the maids room 😮😮😮 i know, not enough space. But I'm pretty sure they could've thought of putting it somewhere.
Hi miss Jackie ..😊 how about trying to get a pre -selling @Bridgetown or @Parklins ?…that will be the future BGC of the Philippines 🇵🇭 as well as near also to Eastwood libis city… 🌃 k!)… 😊
Ortigas was the second ultra modern city in Metro Manila area then first was Makati followed by Eastwood then BGC it was in construction boom in the 90's it use to be a cogon area or grass field where we used to wait for Antipolo pilgrimage next to Meralco Building when the Currency crises affect the whole asian economies the construction boom halted then other new city developed Eastwood and BGC but Ortigas is back again on it's feet the only thing Ortigas need is a big park where people can spend time to relax and be with mother nature
@@jackieInPhilippines Maybe they're comparing because they see no value to "Investing" in the Philippines when they can spend less and find something equally as nice in a more expensive part of the world. However, finding a nice place in a country that you enjoy living in is an emotional decision. At the end of the day, someone should just pick what makes them happy if they can afford to do so.
Great video but those prices are not practical for us. $600k is too much and you really cant pass it down to your kids/grandchildren. We want to try the condo life but i think ideally it would be better just to rent condos. Then when we are sick of it just buy a dream home in the province that can be passed down generations.
Philippines they would saturate the market now with all these empty Condos left by the pogo. Let see how it turns up in two years. Vietnam and Thailand are way cheaper.
It's actually good that POGOs and illegal Chinese POGO workers are out in the Philippines because it will lower the price of these condos since there would be more supply available in the market!
I won't buy a condo , it is not a good investment. Why, because you have no land and most of the condo have no insurance for eartquake fire, or condemnation to be taken down. At least if you have a land you could sell it , and a house .
You are wrong on all accounts. All condos have insurance for the Common areas, you pay for it as part of your dues. it's up to the individual unit owners to get there's. The condo forms a corporation that owns the land, and you own a share in that corporation. Hence, you own the land. Thats why there is the 60 - 40 rule.
be careful in buying condo in philippines. watch out for the promises. and don't put all ur trust and hopes. Please. Do ur research first before everything else. Weigh the Pros and Cons of buying a condo vs House & Lot.
Yes, foreigners CAN PURCHASE property in the Philippines, but there are some restrictions!!! Foreigners can buy condo units in any project, but foreign ownership can't exceed 40%. Foreigners CANNOT own land, but they can establish a local corporation to do so. The corporation must be at least 60% owned by Filipino citizens. • My HUSBAND AND I ARE BOTH FILIPINO BUT NOW US CITIZENS. Hello! Thank you so much.
majority of pre-selling condos will not have appliances and aesthetic objects.
That is why I prefer buying condos and houses blank canvas.
Yeah. 👍🏼 You’ll see one in the next video.
The prices in the Philippines are way expensive for real estate in Manila, Cebu etc. In my opinion - not investible. Better to rent.

I think Newport city around resort world in parañaque is more expensive and the place also is expensive
Yes they have so many Nice and beautiful Condo or Apartments Around metro Manila …. But Every one wants to Live in BGC it’s overpriced…..

For real. There are people that like dark themes, I am not them. lol.
