I would wear them if they had a much wider toe box. They look like they smash your toes together like high heels do for women... which defeats the functionality aspect of the advertisement.

@@defnotteek yeah I know sizing is different but seeing the bottom view of it still shows the slant over the smaller toes that shouldn't be like that. 95% of modern shoes (not talking sandals) are Not shaped like feet and people wonder why they have certain health issues and joint pains and only cover it up with more&more comfort. I buy extra wide boots for more room for my toes then have to deal with wiggle room around the heel which can be problematic. It's rough being healthy in a world not focused on health. Our heath care system is a disease management system and they work with companies causing many of those diseases. Yuck.
One addition that I made to my wardrobe this past summer was that I got some white sneakers. There was a time when I thought I would not look good with these kind of shoes, but then I realized I had the right kind of blue jeans and solid colored T-shirts that would compliment the shoes. To anyone who is on the fence on updating a wardrobe, I will say that there's no harm in trying out a new style. You will probably have more to gain than to lose, and there are ways you can wisely budget on new clothing and accessories without going overboard on spending!

Don't be afraid to get something tailored either. Especially if you have a body type between sizes. I bought a set of plain t-shirts a year ago. They were a bit pricey but quality and the fit was just okay. But after having them hemmed up a bit and having the sleeves brought up just a bit, it was like I had them custom made just for me. Alterations like that are fairly cheap too.
Investing in a well-made and well-designed holster made all the difference for me. Most guys tend to buy oversized clothes to conceal their everyday carry firearm or carry some inappropriately small pistol but when I found that perfect holster and carry style (appendix carry I'm looking at you) I realized I could wear clothes that actually fit me even when carrying a full-size gun. Obviously, for BBQ's or certain other social events you will want a outside-the-waistband holster to show off a custom 1911 or vintage wheel gun but this should also be very high quality.

For everyday t-shirts I go with Taylor stitch shirts. Love the way they feel. If you’re willing to really splurge the double heavyweight t-shirt from wonder looper is just special.
I used to wear logo t-shirts, and jeans when I was younger. About 8 years ago I switched to Wrangler 47 jeans, western pearl snap shirts, Justin boots. I don’t really wear t-shirts anymore. Along with a nice sterling belt buckle on a gun belt (thicker better quality leather). As well as Leatherman multitool. When I switched I received compliments, but now I guess people are used to it now. Great food for thought in the video, thanks.

Nothing wrong with jeans. Not sure if you are just mentally referring to tight ripped jeans or something in skating culture but regular jeans go with most things.
You got it right with the Thursday Boot Company. Their Jackets are fantastic too. Even for an older man. Solid color schemes in earth tones (including red) work great for me, and my jeans. Yes, I have some retro leather, and suede jackets. Down filled vests, and wool coats. I’m not a hat wearing person, but I have some nice dress hat caps. I really don’t wear baseball caps. I smooth out my style with my favorite scents from Parfume De Marly… Sedley, Layton, Carlisle, Herod, Layton Exclusif, Persius, are in my collection. Along with Tom Ford Ombré Leather, and Victor Rolf Spice Bomb as curve balls. My sneakers are Thursday Boot Company with a selection of Joseph Aboud, and Lightweight fabric Dockers that go well with 9 inch shorts or jeans. Most of my sweaters are 100% cotton with texture. I keep my weight down so I can wear Henlys in long, or short sleeve. Small selection of polos in solid colors , but textured fabric. Fitted T-Shirts from Un-Tuckit, and Classic Tees. I rarely wear statement shirts, but I have a selection for occasions like sports, or specific events. Minimalist clothing styles works best for the 40+ male crowd. You can add conversation items like a nice knit scarf for a pop of color into the winter. Things like that. A wool “Andy Cap” with some leather trim for a casual but sophisticated look. An eye development from a simplistic perspective can be achieved with taste over time.
American Apparel t-shirts have regular and heavyweight options that you can buy from wholesale providers online for as little as $5. They fit great too, they don't feel like a cheap Gildan or something like that. Definitely recommended grabbing a half dozen of basic colour's like white, Grey, navy, black or olive.

I’ve been getting targeted by Thursday boots and that’s on my list of how I want to style myself. Just got into zero shoes a few months ago and it’s definitely toe opening if ya catch my drift. The best way a man can enhance his outfits... workout and get fit. All clothes will fit you better and you'll be more open to styles you've wanted to try.
Calvin Klein slimfit tee is light weight, smooth, tight weave. If you have a muscular physique they look amazing. Looks good alone or even with a suit because the material looks smooth and doesn't pill or wrinkle at the collar or sleeves. It does fit like a glove so you need to be fit.
One additional tip for pairing palettes I find helpful when picking an outfit is deciding what statement or "look" I'm trying to achieve with my outfit. Certain color pairings as well as textures give certain vibes and tones.
A good quality heavy weight (gsm) T-shirt will not sag or distort over time (no stretched tummy line or neck line. From my experience they also hold colour well and even when fading still look good.
White Air Force 1's have been my standard go to for a lot of casual outfits. The low leather sneaker profile works so well with a variety of outfits for pretty much all seasons of the year. Just keep them clean and free of scuffs, dirt, and grime. For more dressy things like jeans and a dress shirt I usually go with leather boots. I don't wear dress shoes unless its for something like a suit. Edit: Funny enough, the boots that I use are from the Thursday Co. and are basically the same look. Great quality boots and the packaging is really well put together for shipping. You actually feel like you're getting a quality product. I ordered some outfits from Ralph Lauren (Basically Designer) and they just came in a regular plastic bag for shipping. The Thursday Co definitely makes you feel like you're getting your money's worth.
I now think of it as style vs. fashion. Fashion is what is trendy and something you can try out, but style is what really reflects who you are on the inside. You can always try what's in fashion, see if it works but you should always have your main "uniform" or personal style pieces to fall back on and add to. I love the tips, I think they are universal, I may even start wearing a watch if I find the right one ;)

I never really had very good T-Shirts until a recent shopping trip where I set about trying them in every store I could find, that sold them. The best one I found was in Zara. It fits so well and is a little bit heavier/stiffer than other types, so it holds it's shape nicely. I've never looked and felt so good in a T-shirt before! And they're not even that expensive.
Yes, a watch is ALWAYS a good addition and for me is a must. Your husband is one of the best sources for this subject at all price points. Also, for polos and t-shirts I really like Baobab shirts. Really great quality.

ASKET has a regular shirt and lightweight shirt and they are perfect. You can order both size *and* length. I'm 5'6" 170 with decent shoulders, so I've had to go up to Large t-shirts in general. With ASKET you can get a Large shirt with Short length and it fits perfectly. Definitely one of my top t-shirt recommendations.

Since I do a lot of sports and track my sleep, a smartwatch is the best option. It would be incredibly inconvenient to constantly switch between the smartwatch and a mechanical watch. That's why I think stainless steel or leather straps for an Apple Watch are a great option and can create a very classic and elegant look. The Apple Watch in particular is completely accepted even in a business context. Even lawyers and CEOs wear this watch.

For example, you could create separate videos on casual everyday styles, business casual, and more, while keeping them as much as possible unaffiliated with specific high priced companies that might alienate your more price-sensitive audience.Budget-friendly options are always appreciated. Not everyone wants to spend $200+ on shoes, so keeping that in mind when offering suggestions would resonate with a lot of people! It would be especially helpful if you offered alternatives for different climates as well, since, for instance, summer in Athens, Greece, is very different from summer in Oslo, Norway. A lot of your audience seems to be men aged 35-40 and above, so tailoring these styles to that group would be a hit. Thanks for the great content-looking forward to seeing more!

I have nearly a dozen shoes and boots from Thursday. I will say it's a challenge to get the right size. You can't use the same size for sneakers as you would for boots. Also, I bought black and white pairs of low cut leather sneakers IN THE SAME SIZE. The black fit well and the white tears up my feet with blisters.

I've sported metal watches for several years now, and I always take great pride whenever someone tells me that they find my metal watch to be cool! Metal watches are worth having, and I personally think a smart watch is overrated.

My favorite brand by far is Asket. The pieces might not be "cheap" but the quality is there and they last for years and years if you take care of them. The neckline on their t-shirts seem to never wear out and "bacon".
While out in public, I started paying attention to the % of people wearing jeans. It is damn near 100%. I don't understand it. Chinos are more comfortable, come in better colors, and look better.

I SWEAR by Cuts t-shirts. I try other brands and just keep coming back to them. A little pricy but worth it imo. They have sales fairly frequently as well which is when I tend to buy them.
True classic tees makes great t shirts. There’s a chance people in here have seen adds for them or something online, but they really are good, they’re the only t shirts I buy now. Haven’t tried any of their other stuff but I would be curious to see if their other stuff is good too
Hey I was wondering if you (or anyone else) could offer some advice. I've been wanting to upgrade my fashion as I dress like a middle/high-schooler. I am 26 years old and only wear T-shirts and shorts. My main issues are that I have sensory issues and I overheat very easily (I believe I have autism). For shirts, I am extremely particular about fabrics. I only like a certain type of cotton (so far) and it's Costco's Kirkland Signature T-shirts. I have some 100% cotton T-shirts that I absolutely cannot stand because they feel like polyester (way too "smooth"). I am less particular about my shorts. Overall, I really don't like tight-fitted clothing and I hate pants. Just don't like the feeling of most fabrics covering my entire leg. I was wondering how I could upgrade my fashion while having all these limitations. Let me know if there's anything else I can add. Thank you.

As someone who wears scrubs for work, I stick a different colored sweater underneath my scrub shirts. That way, I stay stylish and professional, 👍.
I keep extra 100% cotton pokemon t shirts in my car and backpack in case i have somewhere nice to go

You can add conversation items like a nice knit scarf for a pop of color into the winter. Things like that. A wool “Andy Cap” with some leather trim for a casual but sophisticated look. An eye development from a simplistic perspective can be achieved with taste over time.

American Apparel t-shirts have regular and heavyweight options that you can buy from wholesale providers online for as little as $5. They fit great too, they don't feel like a cheap Gildan or something like that. Definitely recommended grabbing a half dozen of basic colour's like white, Grey, navy, black or olive.

I like Thursday Boots. I have the Thursday white leather sneakers but they fit a bit snug. Wished Thursday made their boots& sneakers in a wide size. Recently bought some white leather Dillon Xero shoes, Those are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I thank you for your style guides, I enjoy watching all of those.

Calvin Klein slimfit tee is light weight, smooth, tight weave. If you have a muscular physique they look amazing. Looks good alone or even with a suit because the material looks smooth and doesn't pill or wrinkle at the collar or sleeves. It does fit like a glove so you need to be fit.

One additional tip for pairing palettes I find helpful when picking an outfit is deciding what statement or "look" I'm trying to achieve with my outfit.

A good quality heavy weight (gsm) T-shirt will not sag or distort over time (no stretched tummy line or neck line. From my experience they also hold colour well and even when fading still look good.

White Air Force 1's have been my standard go to for a lot of casual outfits. The low leather sneaker profile works so well with a variety of outfits for pretty much all seasons of the year. Just keep them clean and free of scuffs, dirt, and grime.
For more dressy things like jeans and a dress shirt I usually go with leather boots. I don't wear dress shoes unless its for something like a suit.
Edit: Funny enough, the boots that I use are from the Thursday Co. and are basically the same look. Great quality boots and the packaging is really well put together for shipping. You actually feel like you're getting a quality product. I ordered some outfits from Ralph Lauren (Basically Designer) and they just came in a regular plastic bag for shipping. The Thursday Co definitely makes you feel like you're getting your money's worth.

I now think of it as style vs. fashion. Fashion is what is trendy and something you can try out, but style is what really reflects who you are on the inside. You can always try what's in fashion, see if it works but you should always have your main "uniform" or personal style pieces to fall back on and add to. I love the tips, I think they are universal, I may even start wearing a watch if I find the right one ;)

I never really had very good T-Shirts until a recent shopping trip where I set about trying them in every store I could find, that sold them. The best one I found was in Zara. It fits so well and is a little bit heavier/stiffer than other types, so it holds it's shape nicely. I've never looked and felt so good in a T-shirt before! And they're not even that expensive.
Yes, a watch is ALWAYS a good addition and for me is a must. Your husband is one of the best sources for this subject at all price points. Also, for polos and t-shirts I really like Baobab shirts. Really great quality.

T-shirts from Hollister with "cooling" effect are the best
ASKET has a regular shirt and lightweight shirt and they are perfect. You can order both size *and* length. I'm 5'6" 170 with decent shoulders, so I've had to go up to Large t-shirts in general. With ASKET you can get a Large shirt with Short length and it fits perfectly. Definitely one of my top t-shirt recommendations.
For T’s I like BYLT premium shirts. It’s really good quality and I get compliments on them all the time.

Since I do a lot of sports and track my sleep, a smartwatch is the best option. It would be incredibly inconvenient to constantly switch between the smartwatch and a mechanical watch. That's why I think stainless steel or leather straps for an Apple Watch are a great option and can create a very classic and elegant look. The Apple Watch in particular is completely accepted even in a business context. Even lawyers and CEOs wear this watch.

For example, you could create separate videos on casual everyday styles, business casual, and more, while keeping them as much as possible unaffiliated with specific high priced companies that might alienate your more price-sensitive audience.Budget-friendly options are always appreciated. Not everyone wants to spend $200+ on shoes, so keeping that in mind when offering suggestions would resonate with a lot of people!
It would be especially helpful if you offered alternatives for different climates as well, since, for instance, summer in Athens, Greece, is very different from summer in Oslo, Norway. A lot of your audience seems to be men aged 35-40 and above, so tailoring these styles to that group would be a hit.

I have nearly a dozen shoes and boots from Thursday. I will say it's a challenge to get the right size. You can't use the same size for sneakers as you would for boots. Also, I bought black and white pairs of low cut leather sneakers IN THE SAME SIZE. The black fit well and the white tears up my feet with blisters.

My favorite brand by far is Asket. The pieces might not be "cheap" but the quality is there and they last for years and years if you take care of them. The neckline on their t-shirts seem to never wear out and "bacon".

While out in public, I started paying attention to the % of people wearing jeans. It is damn near 100%. I don't understand it. Chinos are more comfortable, come in better colors, and look better.

I SWEAR by Cuts t-shirts. I try other brands and just keep coming back to them. A little pricy but worth it imo. They have sales fairly frequently as well which is when I tend to buy them.

True classic tees makes great t shirts. There’s a chance people in here have seen adds for them or something online, but they really are good, they’re the only t shirts I buy now. Haven’t tried any of their other stuff but I would be curious to see if their other stuff is good too

Hey I was wondering if you (or anyone else) could offer some advice. I've been wanting to upgrade my fashion as I dress like a middle/high-schooler. I am 26 years old and only wear T-shirts and shorts. My main issues are that I have sensory issues and I overheat very easily (I believe I have autism). For shirts, I am extremely particular about fabrics. I only like a certain type of cotton (so far) and it's Costco's Kirkland Signature T-shirts. I have some 100% cotton T-shirts that I absolutely cannot stand because they feel like polyester (way too "smooth"). I am less particular about my shorts. Overall, I really don't like tight-fitted clothing and I hate pants. Just don't like the feeling of most fabrics covering my entire leg. I was wondering how I could upgrade my fashion while having all these limitations.
