Woop woop! Just did the first leg on my short shorts! Was thinking the other day when I tried them on that they were waaaay too short to wear in public, now theys fixed! Lol thank you for the pattern!
I just finished a bralette using thread #3, its a little thicker than the #10 so it works up much faster. Didnt take too long to make. About 45 mins. It turned out super cute!
11:19 ladies, if your shorts like to ride up on you like they do me, this pattern is great for helping them stay in place bc cotton doesn’t stretch lol
Hello there😊😊 I watched your "Crochet Beach Maxi Skirt With Slit" video (beautiful design by the way) and I wanted to know if you could do a separate tutorial on how to make slits in a skirt. The tutorial doesn't have to be on that same design but just a detailded video on how to make single or double slits in a skirt in general. If you could do a video like that, I'll greatly appreciate it!!!!❤❤
@@TCDDIY Omgosh, thank you soooo much cause the only part where I got lost watching the design was on how to create the slits. I searched high and low to see if I could find any other youtube tutorials on how to make slits like the one in that video and I was highly surprised that there were no in depth video tutorials on how to make single or double slits that look like the type of slits on that skirt. Thank you so much for adding this to your list and I look forward to seeing all your other beautiful projects.
I've just watched you tutorial. I like the look on the shorts but would it look nice if I needed to cover about 3 inches length? My daughters pants are a little too short she would like me to add 3 inches to them
@@TCDDIY so I finished my daughter's pants, she didn't really like the way it flared out. Could I possibly go down a size where you go up so it doesn't flare??
@@lynnjohnston4764 of course! Modify however you feel fit. 😊 If you have more questions you can send a photo through Instagram and maybe I can better help. ❤️
I have similar things to pencil skirts already. You can look at crochet strappy pencil dress or the crochet bodycon dress and only do the bottom portion.
Seam ripper! Love your videos !
Glad you like them! Thank youuuuu!

Inspiring! I modified the pattern for my purposes, but following your excellent tips made a huge difference. Thank you for this excellent video.
Oh wow so kind of you to say, thank you so much!
I enjoyed the upcycle video. I prefer the initial pattern, but the second one does look nice when worn.
Yay! Glad you liked it. Thanks for the feedback. 😁❤
The tool you used to take out the seam is called a seam ripper.
Thank you!!!!
4:36 you can use an awl to poke holes through this thicker part to make it easier lol

I just learned that 3's are a thing so I definitely want to try that out next. 😁
Its much more comfortable to wear in the heat too! I can't stand to wearing that baby sport when it's hot.
Very cute ☺️
Thank you!!!

3:36 however, if you put a chain stitch in between each one it will give you more leeway if your having trouble getting these stitches close together

That sounds doable! I've got some other projects in the works, but it's added to the list. 😊

Thank you! We really enjoy doing them! Hopefully we can get to more soon!
Yes please
I have to learn Crochet terminology. The gap is called "space (sp)).
The tool u didn't know the name of is called "seam ripper".
🙈Watching older video's is so funny to me! I was all over the place with my terms. The right message, just not the proper wordage. 🤣
Muy bueno lo hice 😃 gracias!!!
Eso es increíble, ¡gracias!
Not sure if anyone commented, but it's called a seam ripper lol
Thank you! 😊
@@TCDDIY thank you! Working your pattern now ❤️
Those are cute!! Now you need to do one on a T-shirt😁
Ohhh girrrrrrl, I've been trying to work on a t shirt. It's coming a long, but it's been rough. 😂😂😂
T CD come on girl u got this I know you can do it!😜
I've just watched you tutorial. I like the look on the shorts but would it look nice if I needed to cover about 3 inches length?
My daughters pants are a little too short she would like me to add 3 inches to them
Yeah, I think it could be really cute! 😊 The one you see here is roughly an inch and a half. Don't see why 3 would be too different.
