This deserves more views and attention this completely changed my view of losing weight. I’ve been skipping breakfast and have been having up to 1000 calories a day while also working out and have saw no results even when eating ‘heathy’
Thank you for your wonderful comment!😊 Your efforts are commendable, but the issue might be a decrease in muscle mass or metabolism.. I recommend consuming enough carbs to restore metabolism and aiming for a weight loss pace of 0.5% to 1% of your body weight per week(CDC).
Very underrated and very much needed and a literal SLAP to those fast fad diets..a sustainable and trust-in-the-process Japanese diet secret..thank you saharmony for bringing harmony to our lives..and also your english pronunciation so cutee😍..but my intrusive thoughts and existential crisis in my head are making me question YOLO..if not ultra-processed hyper-palatable foods now then when? but still moderation is key and quality of life should be the centre of attention

This video is so helpful,i began to feel very tired after having a extremely strict diet,it’s very refreshing to see and hear that i really should be enjoying my dishes and that is all about balance. I live in japan too,so i had an idea of what a balanced diet would look like,but i felt too scared to try it. This whole week i’ve been eating like this,i’ve been feeling more energetic,satisfied and motivated throughout the day,i do pilates and cardio daily,it takes a lot of energy and this diet plan helps so much!❤

I keep this rule in mind casually, leading to significant progress over time! This is my secret to staying healthy while enjoying life✨🤙
