On-board one of the four green giants Aer Lingus operates, A330-300, EI-EAV "St. Ronan" flight EI585 from Malaga up to Dublin. Absolutely beautiful aircraft, really nice interior and very roomy! Not to mention the perfect seat for great engine view and FANTASTIC sound! (TURN VOLUME UP!) This was my first ever flight with Aer Lingus and I was rather impressed, especially with the A330. Rows 9 & 10 are isolated from the rest of the cabin, just infront you have the separation between you & buisness class & behind is a galley and doorway. So its literally just those 2 rows together which is lovely if you're surrounded by quiet people.
The flight was extremely busy! Hence the use of an A330 on the route during the summer months between May & October.

Great day out, especially for a ride on 1 of only 4 Aer Lingus A330-300's! Stunning views and sound during take off! Also a few other aircraft spotted while in the cruise, an Air France A320 over northern Spain and a Jet2 Holidays 737 over South West England (Devon) shortly before our descent. It was a fairly smooth flight with a few wobbles of turbulence over the atlantic to the west of Brittany (France) and over the UK.

The hardest part about being on holiday is watching the inbound flight arrive at the airport, oh the pain -_-
service is very smart , stewards are pleasant , and the planes are very clean
I am working from Malaga airport, and this is one of the largest aircraft airport. A330 and Antonov.. a 747 cargo ever...

Aer lingus are one of the safest airlines in the world . I would prefer to arrive safe.
For me, along with Lufthansa and SAS, Aer Lingus is one of the best airlines in Europe :)

I am a british citizian living abroad in Austria and i have flown so many times allready with the Aer Lingus from Münich to Dublin where i also live as well and the Aer Lingus is one of my favourite Airlines that I would only fly with.

Great Filming.Malaga looked so good in that film.Its great to see the change in weather as the plane heads north towards Ireland.I'd say 8 times out of 10 when you have been on holiday somewhere hot and sunny the weather is just like the weather in the film when your just about to land in Dublin.LOL.Great film well done

Great video. Great sound on takeoff. I flew this same flight on last year to DUB from AGP. Big plane on Europe regional routes.
I've been in row 9 on an Aer Lingus A330. I have to agree, it is very secluded, roomy and peaceful.

budczus field there's absolutely nothing to worry about when flying. I've only been in a plane about ten times and I don't get scared at all. I get that you probably don't like the loud noises but give it some time and you will get used to them

My favourite Airlines has allways been the Aer Lingus since the last years that I had been flying with and I would Keep on flying with them. I have kept on flying with Aer Lingus from Münich to Dublin because my father lives in Ireland, and the last time I had flown with Aer Lingus in 2015 from Münich to Dublin with EL 695.
I'm doing this route tomorrow!
Aer Lingus had some hard times within the past 10 years, but glad they're on the way back. Glad to see Aer Lingus will be coming back to Toronto after many years, and with their damp-leased 752s to boot.

Just after 14:00 you can hear the turbines change and then they settle down to almost flight mode. And if you were behind the engines, all you hear is loud thrust noise. Great sound capture of an Airbus A330

I would have to agree with you, I went on the Dublin to Malaga flight on the Airbus 330 and it was great huge plane, I set at the seats in the middle so I didn't get a window seat which I would of love, but we had a great flight

Aer Lingus normally use the A330 for transatlantic routes so they have business class at the front. The Dublin-Malaga route is economy class only and when you are booking your flight you have the option to reserve a seat and yeah you can choose a business class seat on the Dublin-Malaga route for 75 euro even though you're buying an economy ticket.
Always a bit depressed coming back from holiday in Spain - that horrid feeling of back to work / reality and the Irish weather.
The Aer Lingus is one of the safest Airlines in europe and in cluding Dublin Airport that is well known and each time I fly back from Dublin to Münich I allways get some Shopping done at the Duty Free Shop at Dublin Airport .
On a normal Malaga day in the summer there is 3 flights a day! A320,321 then a330! All full!! I was on St.Ronan twice this year already, Orlando in June and Malaga in August! Malaga is '' the rich '' holidays destination, all irish bankers, CEO's and stars go to their houses in fuengirola and in Marbella.. So no wonder the flight does be on mega demand in the summer! Hope you liked our airline :D!
