i want to tell you thank you. My 17yr old son wants to be a pastry chef and start with farmers markets next spring. You are such an inspiration to him. Thank you for the details you share for us that have no idea what can be done days before and how to store until that day, how to mail food, etc. Your foods are unique and look amazing.
