    I started taking hemp seed oil. It’s a good replacement if you don’t like fish oils.

    I remember your vlog where Berberine made you feel terrible, to the point that you couldn't take it. The same thing happened to me unfortunately. Sever nausea and vomiting. Have you tried taking inositol? Do you know if inositol is supposed to be milder than berberine? When I took berberine, I didn't get symptoms until about week 3, then they came with a vengeance. In that time, I felt really good, lost several pounds, and it helped with inflammation. I'm hoping that inositol will have milder symptoms than berberine.

    I have high dht what do you recommend please.I have acne dark spot discoloration nd hair growth as the symptom. My testosterone is ok . Just my dht high
