A real life accident which occurs to everyone but has no solution (crimes in delhi)

I am writing to bring to your attention an alarming incident that occurred today (22/01/25) at Moolchand, Delhi, in the main market area.
Around 9 pm
I was the victim of a violent phone snatching by two bikers, leaving us deeply concerned about the safety in the
area.
The incident took place while I was walking in the market. Two men on a bike suddenly approached me and forcibly snatched my phone. When I resisted, one of them punched me in the eye, causing pain. During the scuffle, my spectacles fell to the ground, leaving me unable to see clearly, which further worsened the situation. Despite my loud screams for help, no one in the vicinity came forward to assist me. Moreover, there was no visible police patrolling in this busy market area, which could have either prevented the incident or facilitated immediate action.
This incident has shaken our faith in public safety and highlights the urgent need for stronger security measures. I kindly request you to support.
This is not just my story; it's a question for every citizen
