I’ve seen a Yaris and it’s a small car. Have you ever thought about buying a bigger car since this one is paid off? I can see better living in an SUV, or even a pickup truck with a camper in the back. You should consider tinting your windows for more privacy if you don’t plan on using curtains.

I suffer from severe anxiety but the other day i decluttered my closet and I felt like a huge weight lifted off my chest and lungs could breathe!! Maybe that's just me? .... Inspired by your ideas, definitely gonna try them out for my car too! 😘
Looking to try out living in a Prius. I have a Mazda2 and I have tried sitting in the back seat with the driver's seat pulled all the way forward with the seat part leaning toward the steering wheel. Then you get a folding table and use that as a desk. Might not work for you due to space but it's just another idea. For me, my eyes can't focus when using the steering wheel desk piece. Like Cornbread and Biscuit..lol.
While watching your videos, which I love, I find out that if nothing at all.....you learn what's really important - what you really need and how to minimize and be ok about it!! We really don't need all the 'stuff' we buy, do we? I look around my apartment and say, ugh I'd love to just close my eyes and get rid of most of it........but (yes, insert excuse) then I start to feel bad 'wasting' things....vicious cyce lol. You're impressive, Katie....you own who you are, good for you!
When sleeping in my truck, I just put the driver's seat backrest down as far as possible, lay a long cushion on both the seat and the lowered backrest, put a pillow by the head rest, surround myself with a sheet and comforter, and spend the night right there. For many the front seat is not a comfortable option but perfectly so for me - plus if anything disquieting or concerning ever happens to occur just outside, I'm positioned to start right up and vacate the premises immediately. So far, I've never been forced to bolt. And by the way, the desk/dining thingamajig attached to the steering wheel is a great idea.

I really like your shirt. It looks nice on you. When I was young my family would sleep in our car sometimes. Just because we like to drive around and whenever we got tired we would stop and rest/sleep. That is some of the fondness memories I have from childhood.
I've been sleeping, slightly reclined in my driver seat of my sports car. IM 63. All my clothes are in kitchen can bags ,separated 1 for jeans, 1 sweat pants, 1 shirts and 1 for all under things. As I use them. I put them in another bag for the laundromat. All this in my back seat plus dry groceries I've bought, do dads etc. Well I just bought a Roofpax a storage bag for on my car roof. I will put all those clothes in it on top my roof. I'm hoping I might be able to sleep on back seat, eventually

I just (yesterday) got some of that Calm-magnesium powder that u mix with water- I think that's what u have- I'm wondering if u like it & do u just mix it with cold water or warm? & do u have a favorite flavor? (Seriously, I was on my way to make a cup & thought I would watch your video first, ironically, I saw it in your car) 😎
Ha! That’s so random! I have the orange flavor and I just mix it with water. I think it’s yummy! I can’t exactly tell if it’s doing anything to help, but I’m going to still take it (which reminds me, I haven’t taken it in a few days. Oops!).

I am jealous of all those built-in compartments! The Toyota Prius doesn't have hardly any. It's ridiculous. I don't understand why they'd have the sense to put so many in the Yaris and then totally fail with the Prius. Well at least the Prius C, which is a similar size.
My friend was living out of his jeep a fee months ago and I was thinking a lightweight trailer for your little car could be a great place for your items to free up room for sleeping. I have ideas... brb.

Have you considered getting a cargo container for the roof of your car?
