can you merge different currency customer accounts?i have a customer who wants some invoices in KES and others in USD.i have created two accounts for the same customer one is KES and the other in USD,and distinguished one account name with a full stop since quickbooks couldnt pick the same name for two different customer account. Is it possible to merge this accounts?what would be the effects?
I am assuming you have multi currency on in your file correct? If so and you have a standard currency set up for your customers you can not do a merge on the file they will have to stay their own customers. Normally speaking in my experience though you don't have a customer that pays in multiple different currencies it is all in one.
Have you encountered duplicate customers in QuickBooks Online? What other QBO tips would you like to see? Let’s discuss!
THANK YOU!
What about customer notes? Those don't transfer over automatically.
