How would you input the cost and add the time for any overtime pay that employee gets that week? We have quickbooks advanced but dont have quickbooks payroll.
Do you have to use quickbooks time in order to map time to a project? I would like to see an example of how to enter the time sheets in quickbooks for a project if you are using quickbooks payroll.
Beware- if you have your employee cost rate pull directly from Quickbooks payroll, if you give a raise you have to manually come in to the projects section and recalculate. I just requested that this be changed, but I doubt anything will come of it :/ In all likelihood it updates the day you click the button, but it's possible it updates all the records with that amount which is nightmarish, actually.

"Hourly cost rate" can be added just for employee? not for a contractor? How can we add contractors time to project than?
