awww thank you! On my instagram stories you see a mix of private and work related things. However, I already find it challenging to upload more on one channel, so more channels wouldn't work for me. Editing takes quite a lot of time!

Hi Fenna! When I first found you here on UA-cam, I remember your commercial space. 🥰 I'm currently a travel photographer and do my photoshoots in my client's homes. I'm just curious, do you think you will ever want more space like you had before and will eventually get a commercial space again? 😊
We just moved to a bigger space because I was constantly tripping on people, lights, props or where was backdrop was taped down. I hope your new space works out.
I use a spare bedroom as my studio that’s only 100 sq/ft!! It’s perfect and my clients always compliment how cute it is!

I had a huge loungeroom in my house where I started my Photography journey then after moving to a very rural property my business unfortunately stopped for 3 months then found an amazing studio in my central town and I now have 2 floors and I love it! 💖
Thanks for sharing! Sounds great. I could definitely offer a wide range of photo sessions indoors if my studio would be bigger, but I'm also happy with what I have now and what I can offer to my clients.

Do you find in a smaller studio you need to sit further back and have a longer zoom to avoid having the sides of your backdrop not cover the edges of your shots? I have a small space too and most of my editing is fixing the right and left edge of my photos for horizontal photos. What mm is your lens Fenna?
Congratulations Fenna! So happy to see your new videos with your new home & studio! I of course loved your commercial space and it’s totally my goals to be successful enough to have like that! But, I loved your old studio and it gave me inspiration to go ahead and start a home studio. Your newest studio is most similar in size to my studio. I’d love to see how you keep your props, fabrics, wraps, drops to a minimum. As an American I’d say your a minimalist with your beautiful homes and studios. I have a hard time not being so cluttered! I wish I could curate my stuff better.

Hi Fenna!!! Do you only use the one light /soft box?? I’m making a studio to have Christmas minis in and I’m not sure what type of lighting is best & how many I’ll need. Do you always use a flash or ever continuous lighting?

Where did you get the racks for headbands/ outfits etc. I really need this for my studio
The headband rack is a dressboy from Ikea (with shower curtain clips from Ikea). The other racks I don't know anymore where I got them... sorry!
Do you recommend renting a studio space or is it better creating one at home ? For a beginner photographer do you think is a good idea to create a photo studio at home while building the clientele?

Hi! Wat zijn de afmetingen van de ruimte? Je zegt 15m3, is dit dan ongeveer 6 op 2,5m? Aan het twijfelen of onze extra kamer groot genoeg zou zijn in ons toekomstig huis (waar we nu nog bezig zijn met verbouwingen). Zoiezo moet ik ook nog eens navragen of ik het zo thuis mag laten doorgaan als bedrijf.
Hoi, dit zou ik ook graag willen weten i.v.m. eventuele bijkeuken ruimte omtoveren tot studio ruimte. Ook ben ik benieuwd naar welk maat achtergrond systeem je gebruikt. Je hebt er nog ruimte naast zie ik.. belicht je niet de achtergrond? Zou er nog een lamp naast kunnen voor de achtergrond?
Ben erg benieuwd en alvast hedankt voor je antwoorden.

Zou het niet makkelijker zijn om met magnetische strips te werken tegen de muur? Zo kan je de backdrops nog makkelijker wisselen en scheelt ook weer ruimte!
Klinkt wel interessant. Blijft dat wel een beetje goed hangen? Ik zou dan alleen niet meer zo makkelijk dingen op de achtergrond kunnen hangen aan visdraad (bloemen/cirkels/vlaggetjes etc), want die clip ik aan het achtergrond systeem
@@FennaPhotography ja ik vind het echt een life saver! Ik gebruik magneet strips van de ikea, normaal om messen etc aan te hangen. Bloemen cirkels etc aan visdraad hang ik ook gewoon op met magneten aan die strips
