As a new skater , it's amazing how much balance control you have, like your skates are just like your feet. I just have a hard enough time standing still. AND ouch.. that fall man, that could had been nasty with them bars there. I hope you are fine!
That ain't no lie. Yesterday I skated in front of my sister's dog so he'd be used to skaters and not go nuts passing one on a trail. He went absolutely bananas, not at me, but at my skates. Calmed him down and put treats on my skates for him to nibble . Did it again today, everything's fine, fear of skates conquered. Good trainin.
Hey Ricardo, truly beautiful skates. I wish Flying Eagle would made the same slim, light skate, riveted plastic frame but with 5 wheels 72-76. I would be 1st to buy! :)
I was really glad to see that you responded to comments. That fall was scary with no helmet. Great video until that part. =) I'm just an intermediate, but Ricardo, you've got amazing control for janky skates! Smooth and suave!
Video idea: As we approach the winter in the US, I could use some tips on continuing to skate in the cold weather. Edit: Besides just "wear more clothes" 😊
You should try the Hi-Lo. Just converted after 30+ years of roller hockey on a flat setup, and I freaking love it. It forces an extreme , stereotyped hockey stance, i.e., forward lean. I'm gonna get some 82 or 84 mm wheels and put 80s on the front for a Hi-Lo distance set up.
What makes you think that? The products are made in the same country where 95% (or more) of the other brands also manufacture their products and they are honest and proud about it. They own their factory, respect their workers, and only produce for themselves. Since 2024, they’ve have my favorite skate designer, Kenneth Dedeu, working for them. For me, they’re amazing, and I believe the future of Flying Eagle will be incredible. That said, as their Global Brand Manager, I’m obviously biased 👍🏻. I respect your opinion, though. Much love ❤ Lino
I can't comment on them I have zero experience skating them, however for £80.00 I was pleasantly surprised by the oxello mf500 usually budget often means crap for me.
I only know one skater with Flying Eagle skates (noticed the logo and twigged). She can really skate, and was very happy with her skates... So there is that... Only one skater, but she liked them :-)
@@RicardoLino No disrespect Ricardo,I know you are the ambassador for them. But swapping out liners, swapping out wheels shows that its bad. Its just not value for money for a beginner/amateur, even a seasoned skater/pro. Might as well swap out the whole skates. Now if I were on the Oxelo MF500 as a beginner, it works well. Anything better, I could opt for Rollerblade and the parts all work fine without swapping out. I dont know anyone skating Flying Eagle too. Everyone in slide/slalom/wizard/urban are on Sebas,FRs,Rollerblades,Powerslides.
Shrike X1 = Best value skate out at the moment

My heart skip a beat in the last clip! Hope you're fine, man! Great vid as always!

Mine did the same when I bought a pair of FRX 80's about 3 weeks ago. She's not scared of them but rather wants to run with me! 🤣
Always good to hear from you :)
Hope you're ok btw

Flying Eagle is a rubbish brand
