Hi, My panel is Safewatch Pro 3000EN. The sticker on the chip says WA3001-5.5. Is this an SIA panel, or non-SIA? I need to know whether I need an SIA chip or non-SIA in order to upgrade my panel. Thank you.
Mine says WA6764V12.2 for a home built in 2006. Can I upgrade this to a total connect system? Also, I have a Vista 6160 keypad. Any suggestions what keypad I can upgrade to that's touch screen? Just want a local security.
So that is a 10SE unfortunately it is not compatible with total connect or any touch screen keypads. You would need to Update your panel to a 15/20P to be able to take advantage of those features.
Eric, were you able to upgrade your chip? Did you get WA20P or WA20P SIA chip? My current chip is WA3001-5.5, I am trying to figure out whether I need an SIA chip or non-SIA. Thank you.
I have a vista-20es. Can it be upraised t total connect 2.0 or is it too outdated?

It would say WA3000SIA-5.5 if it was a Sia panel. The regular chip should be what you need.
What about the keypad? I have 4 wires on the wall. Are they enough for the new keypad?

Mine says WA20P-9.18. Will it work?
I'd say yes. He must have meant 9.12 or higher.
