- In this video, we have researched allot about smartwatch calorie tracker and we found that the tracker was very inaccurate, overestimating calories burned by up to 20%. This means that if you are relying on your smartwatch to track your calorie intake and output, you may be unknowingly consuming more calories than you think you are burning.
There are a number of factors that can contribute to the inaccuracy of smartwatch calorie trackers, including:
-The algorithm used to calculate calories burned is not always accurate.
-The heart rate monitor on the smartwatch may not be accurate, especially during high-intensity workouts.
-The smartwatch may not be able to account for all of the different types of activities that you do.
-If you are serious about tracking your calorie intake and output, it is important to use a more accurate method, such as a metabolic testing machine or a chest strap heart rate monitor.

It has its own cons like you can't call anyone but can receive calls and for this is not a deal breaker. I just want a watch to control my smart phone usage and While running I don't want my phone there are other options like bip u pro or cmf watch but I think they are not close to GTR 2 New version.
It's only my opinion.

But if you're buying it solely for fitness tracking and nothing else, getting a smart band might be a better option, as it's about half the price of a proper smartwatch. I mean, if you just want to monitor your heart rate and sleep, then a proper smart band would be a better choice. If you want to track your workouts and focus on fitness tracking, a smart band is the way to go. However, if you want everything that comes with a proper smartwatch, even if it means a compromise in battery life (lasting only a day), you can go for a smartwatch if your budget allows.
