  • Back in 2014, Canadian singer-songwriter Kathleen Edwards took a break from music to open up a coffee shop called Quitters. The name is "kind of tongue-in-cheek" because she's said that she's always intended to return to music. Now, six years later, Edwards is back with a new single called Options Open and an upcoming album to be released this summer. She joined Tom Power to perform the song and discuss what a break from music meant for her, why she needed it, and what it’s like trying to re-open her coffee shop amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
