  • In this vlog I cold-start my DAYTONA 392 and my ALPINA B7. Then I take the big Bimmer to a local car-wash to clean up it's exterior. I show you all what it looks like post-wash in the sun light to wrap-up the video. I hope you enjoy. Please thumbs-up this video and Subscribe. I would also love it if you were to share and tag this video. Feel free to check out my channel. Thank-you!

Im looking at both of these cars but im undecided which one to buy. Which one do you think would win in a race? Which is faster?

Hey man, the Alpina is more horses and it's twin turbo charged from the factory. It also gets way better grip off the line. The B7 hands down. But remember as far as maintenance goes the Charger may have the win in cost and maybe, just maybe reliability. The Alpina is my favorite. It has way more options and the comfort-factor it top-notch!

Make sure it's a genuine Alpina b7. There are a lot of differences.

I say the Alpina, if it's good miles. By good miles I like the lowest you can get or below 120,000 personally. The scat is a good choice too but the Alpina will be faster if it's in good shape! Please you get so.. much more features with the BMW it's insane. They a re w too different classes of vehicle and different Price points. When new, you could buy three scats or two nice hellcats for the price of what you have to fork over for one Alpina b7 that a genuine one cause they start in the mid 140,000's price rage for a "base" model. Also the technology is crazy on the newer models!

Man oh man. There's a white one for sale $20,000 I want it so bad but the valve stem seals go bad on them and it's a Major repair bill. And it's a pretty high rate.

I hear you but mine has warranty 10yrs or 120,000 miles from BMW, per my local dealer so I have no worries. I paid way more than that for mine cause it has a great service history and with a little over 49,600 at purchase. If it does go bad I get a practically new engine. All up side for me. Also that price "20,000" makes my spider sense go off cause you can't buy a good low miles 7 series for that. Note dealerships and sellers also list base 750i and 750Li as Alpina models. I have come across a lot of them doing this sneaky practice. Be careful.

Hi Ezra, Clarence here. I have owned this B7 since June or so and have had no problems so far. The big 7 series models F01 & F02 with the V8 was known for value issues leading to engine failure and or oil consumption. In response BMW offered extended warranty through BMW North America until about 120,000 miles or ten years, which ever comes first. I was told by my service folks that some owners have gotten a new replacement engine under this program when warranted. Not sure if the time and all is completely accurate but you can give your local BMW service department a call with a VIN of a 7 series or other year model with this powertrain for fact on qualifying car for this warranty. You may also Google it for general info. Please like, Subscribe and share. Thank-you for your question. If you get on you will love it! It's so fast and powerful!
