Mitch Mitchell it's probably different for everyone, but for me personally, sometimes in a nightmare (or any dream, really) I feel like someone is pulling me back as I run. For example, a zombie is chasing me and I'm trying to run away but it's like I'm moving through peanut butter or molasses (basically just a lot of resistance). Hope that helped clear things up a bit, but of course it will be a different experience for every individual

My Lazy Bruschetta Recipe: Ingredients: - 1 chopped tomato - slice of toast - 1 tsp fresh garlic diced (can be tub but not powder!) - pinch of salt - grind of pepper - sprinkle of garlic herb seasoning - small handfull of fresh coriander chopped -1tsp olive oil -1/2 or 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional) Method: Combine garlic and olive oil and cook in microwave for 1 min (don't burn!) Mix all ingredients together and put on top of toast, and enjoy! I cannot recommend this recipe enough, It sounds like a lot of ingredients but it actually not!
I thought I would come on here to share some support- I'm totally the same. Just know you cant always feel great but when you do make the most of it. Some thing I do to help when im down: (if you're able to) get out for a walk whether that's in a park or just round the streets where you live. You will feel much better after trust me. Stay strong
Hi Natachaaa! Completely out of context, I'd like to say thank you. I was on the brink of developing eating disorder especially during quarantine. Although I would not count calories, I was really obsessed with how I look, what other people say about me and my weight to the point that I will deliberately skip meals and workout the next day. But watching you made me reevaluate my priorities in fitness and health. You opened my eyes to a more positive outlook, that it's not how I look, how I weigh, and what others say about, but more on how I feel better (physically, mentally, and all other aspects) and become stronger at my own pace. I still worry about aesthetics and physique (especially because of the people around me) from time to time, but my focus shifted on a more personal and, dare I say, healthier perspective. Now, I am able to enjoy eating (while trying healthier options little by little) and have fun in exercising. I do not overexert my body anymore (though sometimes there are lapses lol) and I try to become stronger little by little. Basically, I am able to enjoy my life more and be more confident with my body. Again, thank you, Natacha! Hugs and kisses! EDIT: Congraaats on the 1M!! I am so happy that you eat normal and intuitive. I am learning to eat intuitive, coming from binging a lot to it almost being gone. What I learned is that I had to eat more during the day and snack in the afternoon. Then I won't be so hungry in the evening and won't binge

I'm so happy I found this channel. I'm short and stumpy and have always been a little larger looking but I'm healthy. I've put on weight over lockdown and started to want to go back to my unhealthy restriction diet and self loathing. Seeing someone have so much fun exercising reminds me that I cant wait to go back to the gym and smash those weights again for my inner body, not what my body looks like. Its okay that I'm a little bigger! I'm motivated to try intuitive eating too with hunger queues rather than restricting and binging.

So glad I watched this. Even when I’m at my healthiest I could be eating perfectly 24/7 and feel great and be balancing those fats and still having treats but no binges etc and then for a few days every month I just have to have sweets and chocolate or chips I have even got to a point where I’m so low in energy just those few days that after the gym I’ve had to go out and buy ‘bad food’ in my gym gear. It’s so out of character and is always so sudden like a desperation for fat. Always felt crap after but it’s so good to see there is actually science for it and now I won’t feel so guilty. I so very rarely have periods out of choice (sometimes my body will force one), but It just happened yesterday when I forgot to put my hormone patch on for 1 day. You’ve blown my mind.

I'm so happy I found this channel. I'm short and stumpy and have always been a little larger looking but I'm healthy. I've put on weight over lockdown and started to want to go back to my unhealthy restriction diet and self loathing. Seeing someone have so much fun exercising reminds me that I cant wait to go back to the gym and smash those weights again for my inner body, not what my body looks like. Its okay that I'm a little bigger! I'm motivated to try intuitive eating too with hunger queues rather than restricting and binging.

So glad I watched this. Even when I’m at my healthiest I could be eating perfectly 24/7 and feel great and be balancing those fats and still having treats but no binges etc and then for a few days every month I just have to have sweets and chocolate or chips I have even got to a point where I’m so low in energy just those few days that after the gym I’ve had to go out and buy ‘bad food’ in my gym gear. It’s so out of character and is always so sudden like a desperation for fat. Always felt crap after but it’s so good to see there is actually science for it and now I won’t feel so guilty. I so very rarely have periods out of choice (sometimes my body will force one), but It just happened yesterday when I forgot to put my hormone patch on for 1 day. You’ve blown my mind.
