As a little child I never knew how skillful my late Dad was as a Dental Technologist, though I've been to the lab with him on a few occasions. He was so "perfect" at production of dentures that he was sought after. He trained so many people as an instructor and Chief Instructor in the Dental School of the Army where he served. Watching this video, I can properly relate with all the electric machine sounds I heard in his lab in those childhood days. Thumbs up to all Dental Professionals for restoring millions of smiles and teeth functions. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Where the corrupted royal college dentistry and the dentists is a clique when it comes to a malpractice supporting the dentist instead of the patients complain!!

This video is so informational & satisfying to watch! Dental partials have advanced with technology. I like the metal partials; you can add teeth to it if you ever lose another tooth.
I was told by a health care professional that a lot of insurance companies kinda like medicare etc. Probably wont help pay for partials or implants because some may consider it a procedure for esthetic or cosmetic purpose. Hogwash! A lot of people need partials and implants for help with restoring chewing function! Its a health issue. A person needs good chewing ability in order to eat healthy nutricious foods like fresh fruits and vegetables. Its a shame that some insurance companies dont see it that way. 😔

How can we fight to get that law passed because I got my teeth knocked out from a domestic violence situation and every since then I’ve had issues with my stomach because I’m not able to chew correctly I really would love to know how to fight and change that law
Medicaid and Medicare pay for dentures but not implants. And you get the bottom of the barrel. Plus the dentist who take Medicaid treat you like crap. I experienced it trying to get my dentures. I ended up having to pay myself bc the dentist treat you so bad.
This looks so much better than all the metal or with all that plastic in the mouth. I have a partial but I can't stand it because there's so much plastic in my mouth. I wish I could have something like this.

I appreciate knowing that I can adjust the fit, slightly, myself, anytime, at home. I just got a partial just like this about two months ago and the fit has changed since getting it. (I'm guessing from additional swelling going down from the extraction healing)
Multiple. Due to medical issues and medications (I was hit by someone texting and driving. 3 back surgeries in under 6 weeks plus 2 other emergency surgeries) I lost all of my upper molars. The partial is one piece. Replacing 2 molars on one side, 3 on the other. My out of pocket cost after everything is roughly $650. I'm not 100% sure of how much of that was for the partial itself. Medicare paid for most of the extractions but there's always some out of pocket cost (Making monthly payments) I'm on Medicare due to being permanently disabled from accident. I don't believe Medicare paid anything, very little if so. But I also think my Dentist may have been kind and easy on me due to my circumstances

I had a pink clasp for my upper teeth. i only just found out that there are also clear ones?.Thank you Dr.Luke kahng for making this video, i asked kriss ai about their durability, it explained that pink clasps made with acrylic or flexible materials, offer durability and comfort for daily wear while clear clasps crafted from resin are less durable and more prone to breakage.

I have the same problem like the woman in the video. I have partial dentures with metal on it. I can't get used to it. I become sick when I wear them. This would be so much better for me. Why isn't this possible in my country Belgium?
This is a temporary partial. Permanent ones are made of steel like yours. But there are different ways to get them fixed to your jaw to avoid sich issue. You need to talk to your dentist about what bothers you. Wish you luck.
Do you work ? You country not have dental clinic or hospital for cheap cost denture or teeth fixed ? We do where I live we get for small fee denture crown implant filling bridges
@@pacemart60 With permanent I meant a denture that is made to last for years. The full plastic ones are for up to 6 months of use only on a regular basis. You can just it longer but they won't last as long as steel ones in any case.

I'm in Maryland too. It should be your choice. I had missing teeth from the top and bottom and told my dentist I don't want screws in my gums. She said no problem and I have gotten flexible partials. Keep looking around for a good dentist

The pink ones are cosmetic. The silver ones are more durable though. If it’s not available in your context, go somewhere else.
