The only thing I can say is I am infinitely thankful that I am a Catholic. It is the best thing that has ever gifted to me in my entire lifetime. All that I need. 💓💓
“I do believe, help my unbelief.”
In Catholicism, we believe that God loves us unconditionally. As opposed to some of those belief system of certain fundamentalist sects which holds the view of "All or Nothing" from a wrathful and dysfunctional God, we believe that God loves us the same at whatever point we are running along the track of holiness - some are running ahead, and some are behind, some run faster while some slower. On this basis and whatever it is at this juncture, don't give up and don't leave the Church!
In this sense, God loves us into holiness. As we are all work in progress, it is the love and mercy of God that empowers us to make it one day.
Because God believes in us. (as He creates us, and He knows both our toughness and weakness). His grace perfects and builds upon our nature.

I agree especially with the last part of the interview in that there is a real need for everyone to be in continual formation. Thus cell group formation is essentially not merely a question of a mere "needs or wants" of an individual. It is more of how convicted & convinced are we to journey with people of the same faith to grow

God exist when we are in trouble and searching for an answer. But God is then forgotten when we cannot find the answer to our problem. This is the weakness of many Catholics. Another clear case is my family as God exists throughout our lives as born Catholics but yet Pride, Anger, Insincerity separated us in our golden years after our parents passed away. This is a clear sign that religion comes only after our satisfaction. God help us.

I believe God exists by the evidence of the journey towards spiritual enlightenment found in no other than Jesus Christ.

I tried to evangelise my 30 year old nephew with a master degree from Imperial College London and a good, promising job in KL but his response was "God is just not relevant to me. Just not interested".
    Any helpful advice?

You need to pray for him. Prayer is the strongest weapon.
