Oh Gosh Yes Chris!!! You’re on a roll this week😆😆 I saw the snippet from IG stories regarding not wanting to stink up the house with the curry but lord I may have to make some for the fam soon😂😊
I've been watching your videos for years. One of your videos inspired me to make some jerk bbq sauce that I bottled and sold at work...all the profits just made it possible for me to enjoy the products I made more. Some truly great recipes from you sir! 👍
OG! This recipe is too legit, loved watching and can't wait to treat the Husband to one tasty pot of Curry Goat. It was pleasure being in the kitchen with you!!!
I've only had goat meat once, but it's taste pleasantly surprised me. It's not very available here, but after seeing this amazing stew I am inclined to find me some.
CHRIS,, Hello, looking good, but in recent years I do my GOAT in my 6 quarts INSTANT POT, my wife used to love it , always used ORGANIC COCONUT COCONUT OIL (. COSTCO ) TUREMIC too, , JAMAICAN CURRY , , MMMMM! Light brown rice , ! Stay well CHERIO🇹🇹🇹🇹🇯🇲🇯🇲🇨🇦🇨🇦🇬🇧🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Do me a favor eh! Mek a video on cleaning and seasoning all your meats. From fish, chicken, pork, beef, goat, manicou, iguana whatever. Just show the people how to clean all types of meats before seasoning. Alot of people dont know how to get to the stage of seasoning
If you live in London and you have the time try Smithfield Meat Market, you can always get goat meat there. Also, being wholesalers be prepared to buy it in a box or just search on the Internet for independent butchers who sell it. Good luck.
@@renatalangford5638 So sorry I just assumed you did, I think independent butchers would be your best bet, or better still, ask your local butchers if they know where you can get goat meat.

do give the recipe a try.. real nice
Looks delicious 😋 - I live in Mississauga and we cook our curries inside during the winter. I have an ugly but powerful extractor fan 🤣🤣
I installed a powerful fan too.. nope, still get that scent. But truth be told, due to sinus issues I have a very strong (over active) sense of smell.
I feel your pain! I love curries but can't stand the lingering smell for what seems like weeks! But your recipe is so tempting 🤔
I want some
organize
7:24 OMG I could be eating that already. Can just imagine lunch at your house! And 13:10 Bone+Fat = Wicked Flavour.
I'm drooling!!
Still snow at home in Ontario 💪🏻😶🌫️ no point living in Canada if ya dont like wind cold snow or ice…but my GOD we have a GORGEOUS country 🇨🇦🥰❤️
Coming over from NJ 😋
Don’t argue my friend 😂
Yummy!! I tell the halal guys in NYC to cut up the goat for curry. It's always big but I just cut it up smaller size when I get home!
Goat is not really my thing, but I might have to try this one with a substitute meat. Looks pretty spicy. Keep up the good work.

I miss my Trini green seasoning
Have to make it here with cilantro and it's just not the same, but I found chief curry powder I almost cried lol 🤣
thing to cry for oui
I've never had goat. The carnivore in me is freaking out right now because I want to try it now so badly. ❤️
make it happen.
when did you add the 2 tablespoons of ground masala?
Yummy!
Wow chris
thanks
Ooh my the snow.
Try cardamom instead of cinnamon, super flavor and aromatic.
thanks for the tip
What kind of pot you using there? And what size?
Tfs! Looks very delicious!
my pleasure
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Is ground masala the same as garam masala?
Garam can be a bit more pungent.. but similar
Hardly any snow here in pei compared to there
Pot from Costco?
Yuh does have yuh neighbors over?
yes mi boss!
O love it. But I make curry lamb stew 🔥
My husband is Trini but I'm stuck in Canada sad 🥺🥺🥺
since when it is snowing in the caribeans
i've never heard of Curry Leaves. what does it do and how does it taste?
Like curry.....
May be easier to throw the gravy into a container then remove the fat when it thickens then return the gravy minus fat back in the pot.
Come by me Chris, we go cook outside lol. Great video as always big bro.
Also, my Canadian friend says moose meat tastes even better than steak O.O like.. melt in your mouth type of deal lol. I'm so jelly.
had Moose meat pickled.. not a huge fan
@@caribbeanpot dude yeah, that does not sound appealing at all 😂🤟
