No languages, just download Tableau Public and you can begin. For me, I'm 3-4 weeks in and I'd say I'm at least at beginner/intermediate level. Another solid month of practice and I'll be firmly at intermediate. Just watch UA-cam videos and check out Kaggle for free data sets.

On the Right Hand Side of the box where you type in the formula, half way down there is a small pointer. Click on that and the list will show.
