Unfortunately theres no known fixes. I ran into this issue when i made this issue altough it began working a few days later. I would try using a diffrent network or phone number in case if your IP address or Phone number is being flagged as abuse and thus being rejected. Altough this is a complete guess

You dont get any codes from sms or whatsapp. When you try enable Mobile auth you will recieve an email with instructions to download Google Authenicator. You will recieve your codes in that app
@@CaoimhinGT at 6:12 you say to input phone number, then we will get 6 code from SMS. But the problem is, we dont get any SMS from ubisoft. Because we need that SMS code to get & open our auth application code. The problem is, ubisoft dont send SMS code after we add our phone number
@@Fauzi-rp1tv No, you enter your phone number to work as a backup. You WONT recieve codes via SMS. Once you enter your number you will have to go to the email associated with your Ubisoft Connect account and setup the Authenication app that is where you will recieve your codes.

The email will be sent to the email associated with the Ubisoft Connect Account not the GrowID account. If you were already looking in that email address, it might have been flagged as spam.

@@BekenHam People have reported that the email system has been buggy recently. Personally I would try again in a few days.

Unfortunately no. Ubisoft requires a real number to be used as a backup to enable this setting
