Products of KIA are great but the dealers are not much towards customers, they behave as if you are selling car to them. The attitude is worst. I have contacted 3 dealers in Bangalore and 1 in Mangalore, all are same. Later I had to go for VW car just because of dealer experience. If they can't value customer before sales, what we can expect during service. On the other hand Hyundai is really good at handling the customer
Maybe at your place. Attitude of KIA dealers in Delhi NCR is the best. Where Mahindra fails to deliver and Tata fails to even promise a test drive. Kia wins all over
Same in Noida! Wonderful experience
In Mangalore I could not even get the test drive of the variant I asked even after couple of weeks. If you visit showroom, they treat as if some beggar came inside. We are paying hard earned money of 15lacs plus, at least we should get some respect if not the test drive vehicle. For test drive I got the vehicle to home by VW, Tata, Maruti and Hyundai, but KIA failed to give the test drive even in showroom.
Same in odisha, they bought the car to my home for test drive.

Going by the comments and my personal experience too, Kia needs to work on customer experience at dealers!! Hopefully motoroctane relays this back to kia sales mgmt.

It is silent like petrol ,so refined.
Imt is so smooth and comfortable to the leg.

Kia service is next level.
I have been using this product for the last few months. Replaced it with my ciaz. Loving it , it's a black beast for me. Rejected nexon creative plus diesel, because of engine noise and after sales service, and other glitches etc.

I have booked the same, now the cherry on top is, it comes with ventilated seats, 60:40 split rear seats, rear disc in HTX diesel AT and iMT. I think HTX D iMT is the go to variant. Complete VFM as 1.0 P DCT will priced have same price as 1.5D iMT.

@@sciencewithhannan435 How's the performance of iMT over manual or proper automatic? I test drove it but it was in city speeds hence couldn't feel different than a manual but was very convenient kn city traffic.
Best thing u can get....only word I may tell joy. On highways u can keep both ur legs in comfort by using the cruise control.
@@sciencewithhannan435 Thanks for clearing my confusion, I was torn between XUV300 and Venue Diesel. XUV300 has an absolute best of an engine in Diesel but doesn't have proper automatic. Kia offers best of both worlds.

IMT is so funny in kia and Hyundai. NO clutch and shifting gears feels like incompleteness in the car.
This new Sonet is a great product But there are some things that the dealers dont show gratitude to customers overall Sonet Facelift is a really good compact SUV!

People should think about the seat comfort... Which is more important than good to have features. In this catagory Nexon is way better than others.

they are not projector LEDs..its evident its just reflector LEDs like last gen, but design has changed, atleast in last gen fog lamp was projector, but halogen...

Just a thought. I believe that only a higher variant of cars is presented in the videos...
But in reality, low, mid and higher variants should be explained in the videos as well. So, all classes of people should get an idea of which variant is best for them....

I find Kia cars great. But wohi baat....dealers are bad. The executives/sales persons behave bad. They behave as if they are doing a favour to us and customers are just headaches. This is my personal experience at Kia Showroom, GUWAHATI, ASSAM.

I think as he is just 18 , ideally for start u should buy him small car in less budget, and after he starts earning, then he can upgrade in future. That will help him to understand value of money and at the same time also fulfill his luxury & needs of a good car during college life.

This car has one problem and that is seats have no thigh support especially back row and hand room , overall space is less. It looks congested every time.
