Jet Li's girlfriend in this movie was Japanese the guy he is fighting is actually his friend in the movie and he challenged Jet and told him whoever wins would be the master of that school the guy also plays in another Jet Li movie.
One if my favorite fight scenes in the movie. Right up there with Chen Zhen vs the whole dojo and Chen Zhen vs the Japanese general. He got forced into this fight against his best friend and didn't want to hurt the guy. He had to get serious and then he got real serious!
No he returned home and decided to use what he learned overseas to beat his ass. Like it wasn’t JUST boxing. He probably learned Muaythai, boxing, teakwood, Judo, and any other styles so he can bring that knowledge back to his people. What Jet Li showed them was that traditional animal based martial arts are no match for a MIXED martial artist.
What is good people? Hope all is well. Who has a funny quarantine story? We want to laugh!! lol

"are you hurt?" "No, I feel fine after getting kicked through the air"
This is Chen Zhen. One of the most able disciples of the legendary Kung fu master, Huo Yuen Jia.
One of the best fight scenes ever
Great movie. Jet Li supposedly uses some western martial arts like boxing. His character believed in modernizing the arts.

I actually liked this one better than the original Bruce Lee one. One of Jet's best films that really showcases his talent and speed.
Don't underestimate bruce lee
Both are good fighters!
At least these dudes dont talk so much compared to other reactions.
And they listen to the philosophy too. Interesting.
"That ain't no Kung Fu! " you right, that's MMA....
Can ya do a reaction to Jetli Master movie made in 1992, especially the scene where he fights the crip in Compton. 😆😅😄😁
The original movie and soundtrack is better imo. The English dubbing is hit & miss
Chinese vs Japanese racism
Not big on movie reactions
Then why are you commenting? Or even watching?
Do you guys know Jimmy Carr? His Top 20 Most Offensive Jokes might be worth a reaction:
