Rephrase to “where to put your money inorder to grow it”because none of these ways will make kenyans not ever work again. No amount of interest per year will make someone in Kenya not work after putting 3k. And btw getting an interest more than the inflation is only protecting your capital. Real estate needs money, a lot . I just have mixed emotions about how youtubers want to ‘help’ struggling people but for someone who is making bare minimum in Kenya and is looking for realistic ways to grow their money I think the only thing that they got from this video is more confusion. Financially free people have many options and know how to grow their money because they already have it and are not working but your target audience per your title “working people “ this will not save them from never working. Just my thoughts
I agree with you Kadetra... this method will only work if you already have some additional income(small income, not a chance ) ... it disregards the learning curve in investing, assumes that the people will get it right the 1st time. One thing he hasn't cautioned viewers is the the probability of losing your investment... best strategy is for individuals to read about the financial instruments in depth to avoid financial guesswork and catastrophic losses.
Don't see the 3k he talks about,,if you put 3M it will generate much interest and dividing the interest in 12 months it equits to thousands of profit. Though agree in this current world no one wanna fail to work irregardless of how much flows into his a/c

Nowadays rentals are a scum tenants have become problem you get paid by two people while you have more than twenty rooms in an rural area thinking you are helping people yet they take advantage
Thankfully I rent and get my rent on or even days before due….my rental rate is below the market rate; so my tenants are grateful and show appreciation by taking care of property and paying on time…this is the best way to prevent months of unpaid rent and destroyed property when tenants leave

Hi, if you could talk slowly... so that one can follow, it would help.
Go into 'settings' bottom right of the video click on the 'Playback speed' and change it from 'normal' to whatever speed you want such as 0.75 if you desire a slower audio stream. Personally I watch all my youtube videos at 2X the playback speed - it is like speedreading of sorts

Which Infrastructure bond was that? Could it be it was reissued? I remember the one in Nov or Dec. I'm always on the lookout for infrastructure bonds. Please shout it loud to us your followers whenever it is released since some of us are not in Kenya.

Oh! I gave a shout out about it. It's closing tomorrow 13th march and the successful bidders have already been notified. It was a a Ksh 50billion Infrastructure bond with a coupon rate of 14% for 17 YEARS.

All the ideas you have highlited are brilliant but i think they only work in countries where the economy is stable and the government respects its people, in Zimbabwe you can nolonger trust the banking system because people have lost their entire savings before, building a house is a big risk as it can be demolished at anytime the government feels like
