Man, did I miss out with International this year! SO GREAT TO SEE JOSH is back! Tony the Bari just feels right, and well, this quartet is superb!
I am not sure why I have NEVER heard this until now, but wow! It took me 15 minutes watching this video backing up 10, 15, 20 seconds because of the "what the hell was that" factor! I immediately recognized this was a Clay Hine arrangement which made it even better! Plus I heard Saroo yell! What the hell did i just watch!? THIS is what it's all about! Thanks guys!
Next year’s top 5 will be tough to call, with 3.5, LS, Throwback, and First Take; it could be anyone’s game. Not to mention with NF4, the return of GQ, The Ladies, and Clutch. And with PSP and Gimme Four rounding out the 10, the finals in Cleveland will be nuts!
Don’t count out Artistic License, they’ve been on a bit of a renaissance recently! Plus Maple Reserve, Secret Best Friends, and Full Effect more than likely making their main field debut after one of the highest scoring college quartet scores ever.
Forget top 5, next years top 10 has the potential to be the most stacked top 10 of all time

This quartet is SO good. What a year for them! I felt like the lead was by far the strongest member of The Crush and it’s cool to see him back at it with some other fantastic singers! That bass is a freakin’ stud.

These guys and First Take were my favorites at contest this year, but then again so was Gimme Four… and Throwback… and NF4… maybe I just loved all of them 😅
The way they hold that chord as the bass breathes at 3:26 is so precise and ringing its gorgeous

Nobody expects SURPRISE TONY, but he still comes nevertheless
Makes me sad to see Tony away from MS and playing the "garbage part" instead of leading. MS had something going that will not be replicated. Barbershop QT is more of a stage performance than pure voice, and they had mastered that.
“Garbage part”? Are you kidding me! Bari’s hold quartets together. And, nothing Tony D sings can ever be classified as garbage! Pure legend!
