I love your videos of the NS Cleveland District. Wish NS would run even more trains on this line.
Thanks!! I do too! Three trains a day isn’t enough for me considering that one runs around night hours too.
FUCK, an increase would drive Lakewood bonkers...
Would drive Bay Village crazy as well. The Bay Village Facebook group always has something to complain about when it comes to the trains.
I knew it was Lakewood at the start once I heard the continuous horn as well as the placement of the High Tension Wires...
Yup! Those are the two main give aways.
Awesome sightings on here. What is your favorite spot to railfan on this line?
Thanks!! Lakewood is by far my favorite spot on this line as I love seeing the trains blast through all the crossings.
@RailfanNS I’ve never seen a train there. I’ve heard 28B and 29P are running that way more now?
28B way more often than 29P. 28B runs the line on occasion and 29P runs it every once in a blue moon. The only intermodal that’s a guarantee on the district is 264 which unfortunately is almost always a night run for the district.
@@RailfanNS excellent information. Have you been able to take any railfan trips this year?
I’ve primarily stuck around my area because I’ve been so busy with work and college so not really that much this year. I did however just get a new a camcorder and would love to go to some certain spots with it. Oak Harbor is by far one of my favorite spots to railfan as it has two mainlines and it’s only about an hour drive from my house.
24:37 That paint on those poles looks like shit... I remember when they were first installed and painted blue (and the install of those extensions on each insulator)
Their pretty faded nowadays. Not very appealing to the naked eye
