In my opinion I think Peter Jackson’s King Kong was better than where you placed it, it might just be nostalgia since it was the king that introduced me to King Kong, it does have a long run time I’ll agree with you there, the action scenes I’ve always enjoyed, watching Kong fight the V-Rex’s was good, the crew dealing with the massive insects, Ann dealing with the bugs fighting each other over eating her, this version had me emotionally invested in the crew (unlike Kong skull island)and kong like Hayes interactions with Jimmy, not to mention the really good movie tie in game

I think Alex is definitely right it's a lot better than where you placed it but I respect your opinion but the battle of v rex and Kong is just great but it has a long run time I agree with that.

@@sarabjotsingh4133 the scene from Peter Jackson’s movie that I thought was good and foreshadowing was when Jimmy is reading a book called The Heart of Darkness and asked Hayes about the book while sailing to skull island

My top 2 kong movies are 1976 kong and king kong lives, kkl was my first kong movie, gave me nightmares ut i loved it, i didnt realize it was a sequal of the 76 movie until i was almost done watching the 76 movie (and that chase scene got my heart pounding when they rushed to the wall qnd kong bangs on the wall, falling in the hole). But i noticed the opening scene of king kong lives at the end of 76 movie and i was so shocked when i realized it. The 1933 movie to me was good and all but felt raciest at times, even the wacky reaction of the islanders when kong broke through the wall and the asain guy on the boat, the white men using guns to shoot the dinosaurs was wacky as they all ran in a group to save darrow. But why steal kong when there were dinosaurs they could have stole instead or even on son of kong, denham could have went back to get some dinosaurs instead of a treasure and find kongs son, also i ahted how darrow was affraid of kong the whole movie, at least in the 2005 version it was alot better, really slow and dragged out but at least darrow grew to like kong, even the pilots saw darrow waving to stop them from shooting almost like kong might live, but sadly it was to late (kong did live in the games though if you shoot the planes down... the 1976 kong and 1986 kong nailed it with the looks though, a humanoid walking upright creature, why he climbed the towers, because it looked like his rocks from his home and a bloody shoot down of kong was sad and amazing
