Trout and salsa go great together! I have deboned my trout and then smoked it with some apple wood give it a rough chop and and thrown it in with my salsa ;and then break out the chips, grab a beer and dig in. Right there is some good eats ! Thank you for sharing your Pit master recipes. Good stuff !

I have just found you're channel today and so far have been binge watching it for 7 hours straight today lol .... I love it ... I do have a question regarding trout grilling however .... since you are grilling whole head, skin on fish .... but will not be eating the trout skin but peeling it off..... why apply seasoning and lemon to it since it will not be consumed? .... should it not be applied to the inside of the fish to be absorbed into the actual flesh of the fish like the butter? ..... NEWBE ..... sorry if it is a dumb question
I just did bacon wrapped orange chicken, ribs and bacon and some eggs on the smoker last night, man was it good! Could never get the beans right but with some stuff from your videos everything came out perfect. Will be fixin up a whole boneless pork loin next week, thinking of butterflying and stuffing it like you did with the cornbread stuffing... any other thoughts?
What I usualy do is cut off some rosemary branches off thenplant, I thread the rosemary through the mouth and at the end I stick it it into the meat of the tail inside the gutted area, then I can easily use the rosemary to stuff lemons behind it by flapping them like a tortilla around the rosemary branch
bohemoth1 Actually, vegetables do tend to have lower calories and saturated fats than meats. They also tend to be high in fiber which helps with cholesterol. And it's shocking, veggies taste good. Of course, meats do too.
One suggestion.. After you sheared off the corn you should taken the back of your knife and held it horizontal to the corn and "grinded" off some more of that corn milk.. I don't know if it would have been to watery but I like to get all I can outta corn.
