Besides goro ermac and Kenshi are not dead the krypt is not cannon if you look closely you can see Kano in the dinner table dead but in the story he dies by Sonya so the krypt is not CANNON
@@noahgray7640 In MK 11 they did confirm it with some of the dialogue. He was trying to get power from Onaga (The Dragon King) but Earth and Outworld worked together and stopped him, killing him. They were gonna do a comic on this but I think that got cancled. As for Kenshi/Ermac it is unknown. But I don't want em dead either.

Goro was apparently wounded mortally by Kotal Khan and died Ermac and the souls in him were look for a place where they could rest and regenerate and stumbled upon Shang Tsungs Island, killing him Kenshi was tricked by Shang Tsing and died

Kenshi was a great character, imagine if he was around in the era of MK2-UMK3 days. I think he would be more of a fan favorite. Kai could have also been a cool character, I think they dropped the ball with him. He could have been a gold/white ish assasian ninja style character.
